Dani- Distilled water yes? I let mine sit in water all the time. - You can create a little terrarium if you think it’s not humid enough? Do you have a way to check the humidity level in your room? - Is it getting enough light but not too close to a cold window? - How cold is your city/zone/house? Mine went dormant for winter. Hopefully it’s not dead. (They shouldn’t die simply by going dormant, I just say that because I accidentally pulled out the middle of mine over fussing).

🌺 Thai Jade 🌺Just remember that they are bog plants. I suspect it needs higher humidity.

It looks to me like they're not getting enough light. If the leaves aren't dewy, it means it doesn't have enough light. If they're sitting in distilled water, I don't think you're doing that wrong.
