WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY FLYTRAP 😭😭 PLS HELP! It's been sitting next to a lot of flies outside so is it bad if it ate a lot? I really hope he's ok :(

    Honestly I think it’s sunburn or it could be because of water with minerals

      Thank you! I'm using distilled water and I just recently brought it outside, but it might have gotten sunburnt, so thanks! :D

      It needs to be acclimated but let it heal first

    The traps only work about 4-5 times and then die off. Then trim back and new traps form. They do not want to dry out. They are big plants.

      I'm not sure how much they've trapped yet, but they're all closed.

    I meant bog plants… keep moist and wait to see what happens. Don’t touch the traps or they die off faster if you set them off
