My VFT is starting to grow different leaves. It is only a couple months old, does anyone know what these leaves mean?

    I would give it a bit to see if those leaves eventually become traps, but my usually when carnivorous plants start putting out non-carnivorous leaves it’s because of insufficient light. Where does your flytrap live?

      It lives inside, but I bring it outside daily for a good portion of sun. These traps started when I was out of town, so it could be that it was lack of light.
