Was doing some pre-spring maintenance on the stoop..and chopping back pitchers. lookit the sundews coming out of dormancy! I'd never kept dews outdoors before, just VFT and Sarracenia and heliamphora. But the seller is got this pot from lives in the PNW and says they've been fine.
Did you say you’ve kept heliamphora outside? I didn’t realize you could do that, how did it go?
0개 좋아요 Not well the first time lol. I had them when I lived in a house, and they were in a pond bog with other pitcher. I didn't realize they weren't as cold tolerant as sarracenia. So I lost some pitchers. And then i started over wintering them inside.
