Hi!! over the weekend i got a pinguicula blush and a drosera spatulata and was just looking for some tips on these! i’ve had a drosera before and killed it but it’s been over a year since then and i’ve had a lot more experience with plants since then as well. right now i have them in a plastic terrarium under a grow light, is that substantial for them??
They need good bright light and be in a tray of water
1 like If the terrarium is closed, that's not ideal for them to feed on bugs

make sure to use distilled water!!! anything contaminating it (chemicals, too many minerals, or nutrients) will kill your plants. keep them sitting in water as Wolfen said, and keep the light on for at least 8-10 hours. these guys will pretty much catch what they need, but might need some help if the terrarium is sealed. good luck!!

2 likes You can hand feed them, either bugs or fish food, but its definitely easier to just have them open air
