Hello! I go by B, and I like growing tropical plants. I am hoping to get help potting, displaying, and tricks/tips on growing Carnivorus plants. I grow pings, nepenthes, drosera, pitchers, VFT, monstera, pothos, and I’m learning alocacia and philodendron care now :]
One thing I would like to point is out that your terrarium has two temperate plants in it that need dormancy. So, while your terrarium will be pretty for a while, the flytraps and american pitcher plants will eventually die of exhaustion without going through dormancy. Overall, flytraps and american pitcher plants aren’t great terrarium plants because they aren’t tropical.
0 Likes I actually got them repotted just last night and have them outside at night to help with that :] they were looking super rough out of the death pods so I wanted to get them a bit of a boost in the greenhouse

0 Likes I would say your best bet is Facebook marketplace… I met someone on there and now he’s like my Carnivorus plant dealer! Also try LLC reptile co, and more designer plant shops. My reptile store SOMETIMES has Carnivorus plants for sale, and i have to request for pings at my local plant shops

Not sure where you’re located but try California Carnivores, they sell pings!

im obsessed with butterwort so CUTE.
