Does Anyone know what this white mold on my Venus fly traps soil(peat moss and perlite) mixture. How do you get rid of it.

    That’s just a saprophytic fungus, not a big deal. It grows when your soil is wet (which it should be for a flytrap so you’re good there), and usually when there’s low airflow too. The easiest way to increase airflow for a flytrap is to simply put it outside if you can, since they do better outside anyway. If you’re doing this, acclimate your plant in 1 hour increments in order to avoid killing it. Do research on if you can grow it outside in your area, but most places in the United States are suitable.
