    Normal, no. Detrimental... also no. These are very TC'd/line bred and it can bring about genetic abnormalities.

      Not from the process itself. But if you flip back genetics on eachother you're more likely to express 'hidden' genes

    Sarracenia need to photosynthesis like any other plant. A fan shaped leaf like those on the pitchers help get that light.
