Are these bumps on my Nepenthes leaf bad or normal? If you Google bumps it usually says edema but they’re not red or rashy looking. Other things say nectar glands but doesn’t have a picture like this. I’m still trying to figure out what is dry enough to water without accidentally letting it dry out so I might be overwatering it. It just doesn’t look like pictures of edema. There are bumps on the older leaves too that I was chalking up to my plant living in a new place and probably not acclimated slow enough. But this is the newest leaf. I’m also trying to figure out lighting. I panicked that my room was too dark and possibly over lit if with an LED light

It would be hard to give it too much light with LED. They could be glands but I would be extremely suspicious of pests. Please make sure to check for thrips as nepenthes can be vulnerable to them, and root mealy bugs. It could be natural. I have some on a plant that wasn’t getting enough light for a little while. They are not edema. You probably aren’t over watering as long as you have drainage- under watering and under light will be much worse for nepenthes than a little over on either of them. Most common cultivars we grow at home will blush in the light before they would even be burnt. So yeah check for pests, don’t take away any light or let it dry out. It’ll be okay, like I said I have a huge ventricosa that has the same texture in some places.

Looking closely at the pics the only thing it could be is a pest. Your plant is in a good substrate that looks to be the right level of moist (that I can’t exactly see) and the leaves have very good color so perfect light. If you remove light you might not get pitchers.
