I need some help with my pinguicula agnata. It was in an accident where it dropped to the ground and a big leaf fell off sadly, then more fell off. It’s stopped dropping leaves (for now) but the big leaves aren’t producing any glue. I’m also confused if my plant should be flowering (2) flower buds in the middle of the winter? Some of its leaves were rotting so I had to take them out as well. The leaves are pretty droopy compared to when I got it.

I am new to pings as well, but I think this is all normal for winter.

Do not cut the flowers. Leave it alone, keep it moist and under appropriate light. It could be deciding to go dormant which is fine. You can try to propagate any fallen leaves by putting them on moist sandy soil in a closed container with a clear lid. The more you mess with it the more leaves will drop.
