I just got this little pitcher baby to start my plant journey, any tips would be appreciated! I have it in peat moss like the nursery recommended and I’ve watered it with distilled water, making sure to add a few drops into the pitcher (it was pretty dry) and it sits in a west-facing window. Again I would love some tips as most of the info online pertains to bigger plants and this guy is only about the size of my thumbnail.

Keep the moss damp and they love bloodworms 😊

Pitchers die of age eventually but this is almost certainly why your pitchers are dying if they turn from the bottom. Brown from the lid down=dying of age/not enough humidity/under watered Brown from the bottom= over fed. They do not need to be manually fed to grow.

Highly suggest windowsill nepenthes on YouTube. If you manually feed your pitchers be prepared for them to die back quick you will almost always over feed them. They need a lot of light a lot more than you think. About 4 hours direct sunlight and 10hrs bright indirect. Keep in half spagnum/half pearlite. RO/distilled water. No fertilizer ever. Temperatures should not dip below 60 and humidity shouldn’t dip below 50. If you have any questions you can reach me at nepenthomancer on ig, i do free nepenthes consultation and rescue.
