I have quite the little army of Sundews now, and they are doing great with fungus gnats, but in the unlikely event there are not enough fungus gnats to feed them, how would I go about making sure they are well fed? TIA!

You have a couple of choices since they’re indoors: Freeze dried bugs, or fish food. Both can be found in a pet store, usually there are freeze dried bugs at either the fish or reptile area, and for the fish food, go for the flake type. Just make sure you don’t give them anything too big to prevent rot.

Thank you! How will I know when I need to start supplementing their food?

No need to overload them with food all the time, since it’s their version of fertilizing. Once every few weeks tend to be enough for most carnivorous plants.
1 LikeI just ordered bloodworms and toothpicks. I watched a guy on YouTube who seems to be very knowledgeable. Mine were catching houseflies all summer, so neat to watch 😊
