Pretty sure she’s still healthy but I’m trying to learn how to be a good plant mom. She eats good, she’s gotten about 1 fly per week on her own. However, my question is…when should I repot, is the soil healthy? It looks like there’s some mold on the surface. Ultimately I want to put her in a tea cup but how should I go about that? She gets watered with rain water and I typically do that by placing her in a bowl with a little rainwater to soak up through the bottom.

    You can drill a hole in the bottom of the teacup. Maybe a few. You could repot her now. I would just use sphagnum moss. But you can use stuff like carnivorous soil.

      Lol!! Come to think of it I don’t know! Yes, I believe if you just pot it in the cup with rocks at the bottom it would be good. They like their feet wet so it’ll work. Also how do you get them so happy!! Mine are depressed ever since I got them in July.

      You use a Dremel for these matters. It’s kind of odd and feels a little terrifying to grind through an inch of glass, but I use the tiniest, non-special diamond tip bit (see image). I tried some larger bits, but they just make the process take longer - and are overkill.
