A got this plant a few weeks ago, and it was doing pretty good for the most part. But lately some of the leaves (mostly older growth) have been getting yellow and brown. I have the correct type of soil and my pot has a glaze so there’s no problem with that. I also use distilled water, (I make sure I water it every day because that’s what I was told to do, but now I think that might be the problem. In the day I have a very sunny window and it gets about six hours of sunlight. I’m really not sure what I’m doing wrong, and wondered if anyone had any ideas?

    Hi! I would leave her sitting in about 1” of water. Even glazed I would worry about mineral seeping… old leaves die back that’s normal, but the majority seem to be unhappy here, maybe try increasing light some,

    It needs more sunlight. These are harder to grow indoors because they want direct sunlight all day, not just 6 hours. You do need to use distilled water (or RO or rainwater) as other sources have too many dissolved solids. You should bottom water too.

      I use distilled water and I water it from the bottom, also this picture is one I took at night so that’s why it looos so dark. Thank you though.

    I do think you might have the wrong soil, that looks more like decorative sheet moss than sphagnum

      I put some extra moss on top just to cover the soil, so it would be more pretty
