Having trouble IDing this plant. Adopted it from someone else and neither of us are fluent in plants. Any ideas?

For those with sphagnum moss poles: when you water your poles, do you water both the pole and the soil? Just the pole and let it drain into the mix? Or simply ignore the mix and keep the pole moist? I’ve had a couple plants on poles for a bit now and not sure what’s best to encourage more rooting into it. Currently I’m just keeping the pole consistently moist and then when watering day comes, drenching the pole enough to also saturate the mix. I’d love to hear your thoughts!

My peace lily blossomed a couple months ago, and now the flower is turning brown and yellow and seems to be wilting. Is this normal for a leave lily? Should I remove the flower? Thanks for any advice!

My Chinese Money Plant has popped out some babies. What’s the best way to remove them and let them grow in a separate pot? Do they pull out or do I need to cut them and propagate?

Can anyone tell me if this will turn into anything. It’s a monstera. It’s been sitting in a mason jar of water for about 2 weeks I believe. It looks like new growth to me but I am unsure bc I think I forgot to take before photos. New plant mom! Just not sure if I’m wasting time or not! I just got these Dwarf Banana Plant seeds and I want to try and grow one of them in my room. Does anyone know how I can start out? Like how much water should I give it, how often should I water it, how much sunlight does it need, what should I plant it in?
