My Monstera leaf opened and it’s dead ish. Is this common?
Does anyone know anything about this plant? I have conflicting types when googling what it is, so unsure how I’m supposed to take care of it. Is it an epephyllum or Lepismium or something else? My friend that gave it to me called it a Queen of the Night. Are all those long stringy things normal and do I leave them alone or trim them back? Is it a cacti, orchid or both? What type of soil is best? Lots of light, or should it be shaded? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated. It looks decent enough but feel I’m drawing at straws in the care department lol. Thanks in advance.
Hi everyone, does anyone know what plant this is and what i should do to it
if i buy a spider plant, how long would i have to wait for it to have babies? i cant wait to propagate loads and plant them.
Facebook market find!! I been wanting one too🥹🥹
Is she dying? I watered her, repotted her, and even fertilized her but it doesn't seem like she is boosting back up. The reason I repotted her was because she had outgrown her original pot (she was in the original pot for a year and 1/2). Her roots are great and not mushy! I repotted her 11/18/23. Ps. I watered her 4 days ago.
Just wanted to share some exciting new growth from my Chinese evergreen and my zz plant. I’ve been using the viral houseplant fertilizer from tik tok and I’m seeing great results!
Say hello to my little friend!🤞🏽🌱
I scored this beauty today for $10 from a person in a plant group I’m part of on Facebook!!! Soooo excited!
I’ve never been in this situation before. She’s root bound, isn’t she?

Hi guys! I need a bit of help. So I have a fantasy Venice and all its leaves just died. It’s in a south facing window,I t’s cold here, it’s hanging by the window, and it’s in a ceramic with drainage pot. Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong? Thank you pls help
hello everyone! i wanted to ask the community; how do you guys keep your kitties from eating your beloved plants? i desperately want to live in a rainforest, but have to jump through hoops to keep my green friends away from my furry friends. we’ve tried growing them troughs of cat grass, putting citrus juice and peels in the planters/leaves, along with tin foil and stones, but they are simply hyperfixated on eating the ones they can’t have (it seems like they’re ESPECIALLY focused on getting to the toxic ones ?! 😭) we’ve been reduced to having all our plants either hanging or on shelves they can’t reach. (one of the culprits in question attached)
Hi. I have an Alocasia Gold Bone…. The bottom leaves are drooping. I waters it’s yesterday though. I’m not sure why. May I have some assistance please?
This is one of my office plants (Zane the Zz) and I had him on a high shelf that was too close to the heater vent and he got cooked over the 4 day weekend. The yellow leaves do not feel dry..will they ever turn green again? I moved him as soon as I saw him and gave him a good drink of water. The little guy in the middle looks pretty healthy 😅
This plant has decent light, and I water it when this app recommends yet it's still looking quite unhealthy. Does anyone have any ideas what I'm doing wrong or how I can help it bounce back? Any replies would be really appreciated☺️
My mom got this at a garage sale and is wondering what type of plant it is?
Money tree: I’ve had this plant about 3 months and doing well overall. I recently noticed these irregular spots on a couple of the lower/older leaves. It looks like the spots are transparent, like the chlorophylls are gone? Any ideas what this it? Just sun spots? Thanks
