Why is it so difficult to identify plant pests! Little white bugs on my snake plant today:( Did not even get a photo before I started treating with insecticidal soap and peroxide drenching. I have the heebie jeebies just thinking about them possibly being spider mites. Anyone have a common issue with snake plants and pests? All of my other trees and plants do fine but my snake plant is constantly giving me unwanted guests…
Just picked up this friend from the side of the road. I think it’s a star jasmine vine, but let me know if you think it’s something else.
help! just bought this plant at my local asian market for really cheap, and my best guess is that it is a philodendron persimmon princess (???) which can be valued well into the 600 dollar range but i’m not sure. any ideas? if it is, i would want to propagate some cuttings and sell them, but it’s just one big stalk with no visible nodes, just lots of aerial roots. any ideas on how i would propagate? thank you!!! (trying to make some money to buy even more plants hehe)
please please please help!! what are these??? how detrimental are they to plants?? they just came out of the soil when i flushed it out!!! i’ve used rainwater, i don’t think i’ve used it on this plant, but i could’ve, how to get rid of em? will neem oil be enough?? :(( on a ficus tineke which shows zero damage!! they jump around a lot, not very far though

Is this Black Spots? My fiddle leaf fig tree has two leaves with these weird spots. The rest of the leaves look great. Solid feels Moira but not wet and I’ve been super helpful about not overwatering. Dr Planta said I am overwatering but I don’t think that’s it. Has anyone seen these spots before?

A D V I C E N E E D E D: Watermelon Peperomia So I purchased this Watermelon Peperomia sometime in the summer. I misread the price tag, and then misread care instructions. It has not been repotted since purchase and I do believe it may need to be repotted. Thoughts? It had been in a back bedroom with windows facing east. As of right now it is currently in my bathroom in a window facing south. If I repot, what’s the best soil to use for this?
This plant seems healthy but all its leaves are falling off. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Just wanted to share my amazing 7 year old Thanksgiving Cactus. I live in southern New Hampshire so she goes outside for the summer living under a tree in my front yard every year since my neighbor gifted it to me before she moved to Germany. She has tripled in size and three years ago she bloomed for the first time and has done it ever since usually within a few weeks of bringing her inside. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.

Definitely recommend checking them out if you haven’t already. (I’ve been dying for a Billie but never see them in stores; I’m already in love.)
