Daily plant memes here they come! 💚🪴🌱✨ Enjoy them all!
My Silver Sword Philodendron has yellowing tips on a few leaves. Could it be too small for this pot? Fertilized it with dynagro last week. It has a humidity tray as well. One leaf in front (closer to me) is droopy
i saved this guy on the clearance shelf what kind of plant is this. it’s marked as a philodendron
I started growing dragonfruit cacti from seed back in October of last year, first plants I ever grew from seed myself! Surprised they made it this far, they had a tumultuous upbringing as I tried to figure out how to raise them😅 Added them to Planta a month ago, so thought I would share this fun progress update!
New set up finally!
Hi, Apparently you can grow from avocado pits and I’ve tried a lot of times but it’s never worked. Google hasn’t helped me very much so I was wondering if anyone had managed it and could give me some tips. Thanks!
Hi all! This is Carrot the Eucalyptus. I got him a couple of weeks ago and have been trying not to drown him but alas his leaves are turning dry and shrivelling. According to what I’d seen Eucalyptus don’t do well in direct sunshine but do need a lot of light so he’s in my north facing window (I only have north or south windows, lots of light but bloody hot!) Does anyone have by idea what I can do to help Carrot?
I think this is a rubber plant. It’s been in my north facing office at work and I’m planning on bringing it home for some sun. Could I split these two or should I repot them together and see what happen? Also there is moss that seems to have grown on the soil, is that normal?
hi, i have a lot of plants that need pots but i only like matte white ceramic (or at least not too glossy). would love any suggestions. i tend to like things that are a little out of the ordinary. in case you’re looking too, here are some of the online places i’ve ordered from. thanks!!🪴 lbe design andrew moelleur convivial decluttered momma pots peaches and pebbles design within reach
I planted this tree this year in my backyard. I noticed the leaves are looking like it might have bugs. First tree I ever planted so this may be a stupid question because obviously it’s outside and will get bugs but should I spray my tree with neem spray? I have it for my plants but wasn’t sure if I could use it on a tree? Or maybe it’s fine the way it is? Thank u for any help!!!
plant purchasing advice needed! specifically, i am looking for a smaller staghorn fern - upcoming bday present for myself lol. i've only found one shop near me selling them at all but they're already pretty big and pre-mounted, and to be honest, not the healthiest looking. i prefer growing my own up from baby size, and for this i want to do a custom mounting situation. has anyone had luck purchasing a staghorn in a smaller size online? vendors you can vouch for? or if you just have any advice for purchasing plants when you can't check them out in person i'm all ears!
Does anyone know what variety of Alocasia this is?
Just saved this baby from the 99 cent store, does anybody know what it’s called?❤️ #newplantday #plantlover #plantrescue
Hello! I’m pretty new to plants, I got this last night from a lady I know and she said it’s a philodendron but it looks like a pothos (to me). I’ve looked up the differences and I’m still not sure 😅 Any thoughts?
Meet Dottie, my newest addition..
Just hanging out with some wild Sansevieria. Seeing my houseplants out in the wild is always mind blowing.
Day 1 of my little experiment 🫣
For my succulent pot I was thinking about separating the plants out. What are all y’alls thoughts?
What is the best way to get rid of mealy bugs? They are on my succulent and I don’t want them to spread to my other plants.
