Hey can anyone help me with my aloe please it’s gone this grey ish colour and if you cut leaves I get with neon yellow liquid which really smells bad!

Hi everyone 👋 I want to redo my landscape in the front yard and need help picking plants that can last in Utah weather. We’re hot half the year and covered in snow the rest. Where they are planted the sun is at for a majority of the day. Anything helps 🌱 Thanks in advance !

Hi! So I just moved into a new place, and our window looks out into a center where everyone in the complex could see into our apartment when the blinds are open. We don’t feel very safe with people able to see into the apartment when we aren’t home, but obviously my plants need sun even when I’m not here. Could anyone recommend a type of film or something like that (renter friendly) that will prevent people from seeing inside but still let in enough sun? Or another solution? Thanks so much!

I’m having a hard time growing this little cactus. Any advice? It is placed in a south facing window and I water very rarely and only when the soil is completely dry. Thanks for your help!

My parents surprised me with this plant from Lowe’s and I'm so confused about the potting arrangement 😭 It's like moss I think with maybe a rope around it and I fr don't know what to think abt it! If I do repot it im going to get orchid bark but I'm not sure what pot size/ type I will get yet. Please send advice in the comments!!

Am needing some wisdom please..starter plants.. the little babies you can buy on Etsy.. some are actually pretty good sized.. some tiny.. so my question.. if the tinier ones are put in a pot that’s too big, will it slow down their growth?? Or worse? Most of my tiniest are in 5in terra cotta pots.. most doing well but there’s a few lagging behind.. wondering if I should put in smaller pot or that will do more harm than good?

Now, this guy is just being dramatic. Contrary to his sibling next to him, I’m learning the signs he throws at me .. he’s been in a southwest window for a week now and thriving. It’s kind of a cloudy afternoon.. Even has his own humidifier. Just within the last hour, he’s curled up mainly one leaf- like a cup. What’s this mean in figgy language? lol

I’m not having high hopes for this poor gal. I’ve repotted down, checked roots, fertilized, put in a great window. Her sibling is thriving but this one isn’t growing and looks like I just plopped a branch in soil. The leaf wounds are old. Not sure what to do with this poor girl. I’m tempted to just set her on the patio and see what happens because I’m maybe over momming her lol.. any suggestions?
