What type of Zz is this? Planta identified it as the regular kind (I guess?) but the leaves look dark to me so I feel like it’s a Raven. Apparently they need different light so I’m trying to figure out where to place it. I had it for a few weeks with less light and a few weeks with more and it hasn’t done anything (good or bad lol) in either spot.

Hey guys! I’m looking for potting soil recommendations please 🌿 I’m planning on repotting my plants this weekend as when I bought them I was told they’d need repotting soon. I don’t know what they’re currently growing in but was hoping to buy some potting soil and mix with coco coir and perlite. Any advice or recommendations would be greatly appreciated! (Will be repotting my ficus and 2x dracaena fragrans)

Hi all, A month ago I purchased a banana tree. I placed about 1 meter away from the window (facing South West and it recieves light for the majority of the day ) and it was initially thriving (generating 1 new leave every week). After 2 weeks the growth has stopped and now leaves are turning yellow. I ran a diagnosis via Planta App, it seems the problem is due to overwatering. I'm quite a beginner at plants, can anyone confirm this is the case and there is anything I could do to save it?

can anyone tell me what’s wrong with my moonstone succulent? when i got it the nubs started wrinkling and falling off, so i put it in some more sun and gave it a little more water when it need to be watered. it seemed ok, but just noticed it looking like this today! any advice?

Hello, all! I have this birds nest fern that is very healthy! The fronds are firm and bright green. However, the tips of some of the fronds are a bit brown. Is it something with watering or sun? I’m not sure! Thanks for any help you might have :)

I want to plan sunflower and roses. Is this the time can I grow them? Should plant in pots or ground? Should plant seeds or plants?

Can I pot my alocasia in straight perlite ? It is a rhizome or corm ? Not sure exactly what you call it (Previously a bambino with leaves, the leaves fell off and are regrowing) the leaves have started to come back and have been getting big ! I did noticed small white bugs and have been spraying but it’s been a pain in my butt ! 😆 I also do have soil but not sure if it retains too much moisture for this plant. Please help ! I want to grow her back and flourish ! 😭

Growing lots of new leaves but they’re coming discolored and kinda deformed. What am I doing wrong? No pests anywhere. It gets great light and I water like every 4-5 days according to the app.

Why do the roots keep coming up?? It’s healthy and growing! Should I add more soil to cover where the plant base is?

I need ideas. I am a teacher in a classroom with 2 very small windows. I am looking for ideas on any plants that I can put in my classroom that will spruce it up and that the kids will enjoy. Maybe something that blooms. Something that only requires low light to thrive. All plants will be out of reach of the children so any low light plant will be good. Any ideas? Thank you in advance!

Does anyone grow their Rhaphidophora Decursiva as a crawler? My little one seems to want to grow horizontal but online it says they are climbers.
