Hiya, I’m interested in ideas for displaying plants because I have a small corner free, and we all know it needs plants in it. I have tall ceilings, so the display would need to be high not wide. This is what I’m working with, any ideas would be greatly appreciated ☺️

Hey everybody! Does anyone have good recommendations for where to buy orchid bark? I really want to make sure it’s quality, doesn’t come with any bugs, that kind of thing. Any places that are known for quality? I feel like Amazon isn’t reliable, but I’ve never tried to buy something like this from them so I’m not sure. Any tips appreciated!

Hello Planta Friends. Thanks for the suggestions, comments and likes regarding my transporting my 4 plants. I ended up having them shipped via Fedex. They are expected to arrive a day after my arrival. FedEx will only shipped them, their policy is customer must bring them boxed up prior to arrival.

I just brought home 2 big succulents from my MIL who asked me to give them some life. So I went to get some succulent soil and just happened to walk past clearance section. I mean, really… what can I do when these two flaming violets land in my cart in a blink of an eye? Right? Well, since somehow they made it home with me, I’m going to do my best to turn their fate around. They are not really in bad shape though so hopefully will be quick. I trimmed a lot of the dead leaves off in the pics. The succulents on the other hand will be more of a challenge. Will need to roll up my sleeves to get in there 🤣

Got this variegated African violet about 2 weeks ago. It looked clearly heat stressed from shipping when it arrived and has been on the steady decline since it came. I’m newer to African violets so I don’t have a lot of tricks for them. I would appreciate any advice. I haven’t repotted her since she came. She is near (but not directly under) a good quality grow light.

I am new to indoor plant owning… I was gifted this Chinese evergreen and I can’t seem to make it happy. I’ve tried different types of lighting, drying soil and having it moist, but the leaf still tend to curl under on a few. I do have new growth so I am hopeful that something’s going right with it but how long would it take those leaves to un curl and get back to normal? Would it be worth repotting and making sure that the roots are OK?
