I recently took over my brother's pothos and it hadn't been doing well. Now it's quite bare. Should I cut the stem and water propagate the leaves and the empty stem in spagnum moss in an empty container? Or is there another way to salvage. I've been contemplating this for a while. TIA! 🫶🌱💚🪴

Hi! I received this money tree back in December for my bday from my in laws. I am wondering if these “branches” (idk what they’d be called) are dead completely or if there will ever be new growth for them? I need help identifying a plant!! + any tips if you have any! I have looked it up in the app using a picture but it isn’t much help because this plant is literally almost dead -I think…(roots were red/orange and very dried out). This plant is special to me - my fiancées mother passed away May of 2025 and I brought home a few plants from her funeral that were gifted to us during the visitation. I don’t know why company’s do this but this plant was potted in a glass/ceramic container with no drainage holes and crammed next to other plants. There were three total and I could only identify a Dracaena Reflexa plant. I just now took the time to take it all apart and repot them into their own clear nursery pots with thick chunky soil. The one plant I need help identifying is very sad and I believe about to die but I’m trying!!! I had to cut off leaves that were brown and crunchy and I feel so guilty for neglecting it but life gets busy and was never in my direct sight so I forgot the plant existed sometimes.

I had to repot my arrowhead plant about 2 weeks ago since then its lost several leaves and some are turning yellow and some are getting crispy edges is it shock or maybe to much light its hanging in an archway about 3ft away in front of a big window

Does anyone here use self‑watering pots? I’m trying to figure out which plants actually do well in them. Are there any plants you wouldn’t put in a self‑watering setup? I’m still pretty new to all this and apparently I’m an over‑waterer, so I’m trying to learn before I accidentally drown everything. 😬

Hey y’all, is the ice cube method for orchids the best way to water them? My boyfriend got me his for Valentine’s Day. I just repotted it because the roots were INSANE and growing out of the pot like crazy. I got a ceramic pot with holes all over the sides and bottom so it can breathe and used orchid bark potting mix. You can still see the wild roots sticking out, they were growing upward so it was hard to get them all in the pot!
