What could cause the orchids leaf to turn yellow? I was also thinking of repotting it or at least removing the old orchid mix (havenāt changed it out since it was bought), but not sure if thatās the right moveā¦. Any suggestions or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

I think my silver squill is going thru root rot? Plants told me to repot her so I decided to just check the roots. I started to un tangle the roots and half of them fell off with the soil. But sheās had been producing 3 new leafs the past 3weeks. Should I place her in the same plastic nursery pot sheās been in or something smaller? (Used finger as scale ) Also I found a hard ārootā (pic below) . Is this some type of baby or should I just throw it away?

Help, I am having a serious problem with my large Kalanchoeās. Iāve had these for several years and they have thrived to the point Iāve given away 100ās of cuttings. I put them outside on my deck in the summer as I live in New Hampshire so they canāt stay outside all year. Iāve never had any issue with them except they donāt flower often. However this winter I started noticing on the 4 Large ones I have that the leaves have white dust on them. Two of the four have dropped 98% of its leaves but new shoots and leaves are starting. Can anyone tell me what the issue is and how to solve it??? Iām attaching a picture of one from last October and the same plant today. I so would appreciate any help anyone can give me.

Hello! Iām about to move into a temp living situation (my in-laws house) while our house is being built. There will not be enough space for all of my indoor plants. There are a few I believe I can place outdoors in the spring/summer. Would a small portable greenhouse be a good idea for the rest of the plants? There is plenty of yard and garage space. Not sure if anyone had any ideas or has had to something similar. Thanks in advance!

Hi all, Planta is suggesting repotting a large number of my plants. Iām fine with sizing up some of them, however I want to keep my plants that are in 6 or 7 inch nursery pots the same. Iāve seen some people trim the roots and then repot in the same pot. Is this the best way to go or do I need to divide them? Any feedback is appreciated! š

Hey yāall Iām just getting into indoor plants as it gives me something to do (super excited to learn). I do have a spider plant in a nursery pot (in another decorative draining pot) but there are roots coming out of the nursery pot. Does that mean itās time to repot?
