Plant Haul Alert! White Princess Philodendron Monstera Thai Constellation Fizzle Sizzle Tips are much appreciated!
Hello! Just got my first anthuriums and I’m wondering how far away from my grow lights they should be placed. I’ve got a humidifier and some little fans for airflow coming in and I’m planning to set them up in my bathroom. The lights are 24W 192 LED Full Spectrum and 5 ft tall.
Went to the garden centre! 😍🪴💖 I love Alocasias, so I picked up a few, along with a Swiss cheese plant, a White Fusion Calathea, and an Arrowhead plant!!! I’m so obsessed!!!
Just bought this peace lily (I’ve never had one) and it was in a 3in pot, I repotted it and found a lot of compacted root growth. I’m looking to buy a different pot since the one I put it in is about 5in (it’s all I have currently) but was wondering what size pot would be better, it’s about 8in tall but seems to be more than one plant. Any recommendations?
So, someone asked if I use the “ice method” to water my Chinese Elm bonsai. Any explanation as to what/how that is? Mine seems very happy starting the growing season…just never heard of that way of watering.
My money plant is flowering!! Apparently my house was cold enough this winter to give it the sensation of over-wintering👏👏

I was away for a few months. My friend repotted my agave and it looks pretty bad. Any suggestions on saving it?
how do you know what soil to pot your plants in? I need to repot because some are getting too big for their current pots but i want to do it right. tips?
When you make a really expensive mistake 😭😭😭 zooned out and cut the leaf instead of the stem. Whelp, throwing the node in the prop box. Hope I have a plant in about 3 months 🙃
My wax plant -- is anything wrong? It hasn't grown at all since I got it on October. I water it seldomly according to the Planta schedule and it is under a grow light. Pot with drainage and all.
Moved Severus into a better shallow pot with a good draining soil mix i made. Super healthy roots and large rhizomes🤗 In luv with him💚🥰
My palms have so many seeds! Clearly very happy, which makes me happy 😊
If you are not growing your orchids in water, trust me and do it!! I thought this plant was deadddd and I saw a random video recommending to grow your orchids in water and this plant has been beautiful since!! I thought it was done blooming and it’s shooting out a second set of blooms now! I just recommend you tie the stem to a pole or something cause my is growing sideways😬

I am looking to add some plants to my home. But I’m not sure where to start.. I have Aloes currently. What do you recommend I try next?
Here’s my fiddle leaf fig, he is almost 2 years old. He’s been THRIVING in this spot, but I’m worried he needs a repot (same pot for the past 2 years) Everything I see says that fiddle leafs are very dramatic after a repot. Any advice yall have about repotting or what I should do, please let me know!
My entire collection is in clear pots now! And so will my future babies that join my little plant family. I love ChatGPT. I don’t have a lot of IRL plant friends, so she’s been my go-to when it comes to plant parenthood. 🥹💚
