Anyone have ideas why prince is getting so lanky and leaning backwards? He's been under a grow light since I got him as a cutting. His initial growth was very short and bushy. As you can see, he's started to stretch and is leaning away from the light? Is it too bright for him?
And it’s done! From one giant to three! Please let them all survive! (New pots are coming. I always plant in nursery pots with drainage and set those in my nicer pots.)
It’s that time of the day 🪴🌕 The tomatoes are really shining tonight
I got this little beauty from a clearance rack at my local nursery. It was just labeled “Hoya - assorted”. $4!!!! But, does anyone know what variety it may be?
Saw this beautiful pure white leaf on a Alocasia Frydek Variegated while at my local nursery today! Wanted to share it’s beauty 🤗🤍
can anyone tell me what this plant is? i cant seem to Id It.
Could literally stare at them all day if we didn’t have responsibilities
Look who came out of quarantine today and gets to join the family! A crème brûlée has been on my peperomia wish list forever and finally got one two weeks ago. 🥰
Today is the day! She is outta control! Well technically “they”. There are at least three plants in here and it’s time to separate them. My patchwork support is looking crazy! So I am upgrading that, too. Wish me luck!
I got this peace lily from my Grandfathers funeral. I have never owned a plant before. Well, it’s not going well. My soil is damp. I water every 7 days. I just put it closer to a window. It’s a very sad plant. Does anyone know what I should do? Also, this week a worm climbed out of it, so I think that may have something to do with it.
New to the plant parent life and I’ve decided if this is my mid-life crisis I’ll take it! It all started with Hector. A spider plant cutting I was convinced I would kill. I always joked I had the black thumb of death with plants. Looks like my Great-Grandpas green genes finally kicked in! Hector is 4 now and he’s had plenty of babies I’ve successfully propagated and gifted. He’s now joined by multiple siblings!
Got my first full spectrum lights and last night looked so cool they all look thriving
My Money tree doesn’t seem to be doing that well. It’s lost quite a bit of leaves, but has new growth. I would like it to fill in more but I am perplexed on how to get it to grow better.
Look at these bad boys I got today 😍✌🏻
THERES STILL HOPE!! Got this from a store. It went leggy so gave it a hair cut 👩🦲 I don’t expect much cus girl look at that soil 😂 BUT look at this pathetic thing grow a new leaf.
Hi! Would I be able to cut and propagate any part of this Monstera Albo?
I just got this pothos plant a couple days ago, and I’m wondering the best way to take care of it, especially for watering! I’m almost completely new to gardening, and I’ve heard a couple different recommendations for how to water and I’m not sure which method to use. Method 1: spray bottle + bottom watering when the plant is dry in the top 2 inches Method 2: just bottom watering Question: is it better to water a pothos when it is completely dried out or just the top 2 inches? I’ve heard both.
Just wanted to show off my plant setup!!! This is what provides me serotonin! 😂
If your fiddle fig isn’t thriving, don’t be afraid to chop it. I made sure to give her a little extra fertilizer for 2 waterings before i made the chop. It took her a few weeks to show growth but once she did, she exploded. Can’t wait to see how big she will get now! #trusttheprocess
