Two questions for you! If my Monstera has a couple of brown spots do I cut them off? Also if it accidentally ripped is it true you can use medical tape and tape the pieces together and they will mend back together over time? My plant is thriving but I want to really take proper care of it.
I spyyy.. new growth!! My Z plant is thriving in her small pot. I thought to repot her but was told to wait a few more months. Thoughts?

I’ve had this fittonia for over a month and it’s been thriving but the last few days it’s droopy and is not bouncing back as it did before. I mist everyday and water when dry. The way I care for it and the location have not changed. There’s many new leaves and a bloom but I’m concerned why it’s drooping so much. Any tips?
Update on my jade plant in water, I’ve just changed the water for it after it’s been in it for a couple months, I just want to ask whether the roots are a normal colour or the brown is a sign of something else. Other than that concern it seems to be doing great and producing new growth
Hi all! I got this plant on Saturday, repotted it as the soil was so wet and compacted and now one of the leaves is looking really sad. I assume it’s probably been overwatered/stress of me repotting it? Should I cut off the droopy, yellow leaf or leave it? I don’t want to kill the whole plant 😭 any help is much appreciated! How are everyone's plants doing this winter season? I'm in Zone 9a so my plants aren't thriving but they have not given up on me so that's been my highlight. I actually have been seeing some growth on a few plants but not all.
My scindapsus has stopped putting out leaves and is only vining, what can I do to promote leaf growth again
More new babies. The Begonia is a shocker for me - looks a lot like a fern. I haven’t had great success with my Begonias but I have managed to keep one alive since August. She was too different to pass up!
Should I cut around my monsteras brown spot ?
Please help!! I got this Calathea Orbifola not too long ago but it has been struggling. I was told to check for spider mites but I didn’t see any webbing. One leaf is turning yellow towards the base of the leaf and it started to grow a new leaf but that is turning brown at the tip. What is happening?? I change the water with filtered water about once a month and keep it in indirect medium-bright light with the help of a grow light. The grow light stays on for about 13-14 hours a day (like a normal day in spring/summer). I recently moved it further away to prevent burns. The roots looked fine when I got it but when I looked at it closer, there was a lot of brown goo that I ended up cutting off to help the plant. Are the white roots just new or are they the healthy ones?? 🤔
I need some help with my African Violets please. I had two very large African Violets that I’ve been caring for for 5 years. They have not bloomed. An expert at my Garden Club told me that they needed to be split apart and moved to a sunnier place. Today a friend of mine and I did that. So now I have EIGHT PLANTS and THREE pots with leaf cuttings in them. Do I delete the two original plants and just create 8 new ones and 3 new leaf babies????? Any suggestions or help you can offer I would so appreciate it. Thanks
