Could someone please tell me what is happening to my plant it keeps getting worse and worse :( I can see some new leaves coming in, so I’m not sure if my plant is dying or not
Has anyone ever seen this with a flamingo Lilly? The flower and leaf are one stem that have conjoined, and the leaf took on the red color from the flower! Soo cool
Someone please help me😭 (2 plants) Idk what is going on with them. As some of you may remember, I got them and had to repot them as soon as I got them bc I saw insects on the other plants in the store and I groomed them like there was no tomorrow. They were doing great afterwards tho! And now silver dragon is droopy and curling and my elephant ear is turning yellow and starting to droop. I made sure to bottom water them when I repotted them and haven’t watered since bc they weren’t totally dry yet. They’re under a grow light for 8hrs a day with a humidifier. I’ve sprayed to keep pests away and I try to clean their leaves every so often to make sure they can photosynthesize and no pests can live on them. Can someone turn me in the right direction? (They both have drainage as well!!)
New leaf alert! 😍 I’m so happy that it’s happy.
I left town for christmas break and left my plant with a friend. I’ll say it was miserably cold. When I came back, the plant had this yellowish leaves you can see in the pic. Should I be worried? Anything I can do?
Are there any plants safe for leopard geckos and will survive in the terrarium which they live in a desert
Can anyone tell me, is this a philodendron or an alocasia? Thank you ❤️
Please help! My pilea has these white spots on the bottom of almost all of its leaves, I panicked and assumed it was mealy bugs, but the pattern on the leaves is very specific on every single leaf, and when I’ve wiped off the white bits, they don’t move, they just feel like salt or sand, something like that. Does anyone know what it is/how to deal with it? Thank you so much💚
African Violet in the house 😂😂 $10 at Raley’s
White princess leaves just recently started wilting. Any ideas or experiences with this?
I just got this alyssum and it seems to be dying really fast, I don’t know if it’s too much water or too little or something completely different. Does anyone have advice??
Planta identified this plant as an Elephant Bush so I treated it like one and hardly watered it. As I went to water it tonight I noticed it had SO many dead crispy leaves. So I decided to try a different identification app and am now realizing it’s a Baby’s Tear and has been neglected for months 😕 (I picked most of the dead leaves off already). Is there any saving it??
Do you guys think this humidifier is going to be doing too much? My apartment is soooo dry especially this time of year. I have 2 monstera, an orchid, pilea, alocasia, fiddle leaf fig, and a velvet calathea. Let me know if I should move it farther away or maybe turn the nozzle a different direction. I’ve had it like this for a while and the plants seem happy, but I just did some reorganizing and saw the stands were quick wet with condensation. Thanks!
I propagated my first ever plant- a heart leaf philodendron! The roots have grown out so well, so I decided to pot it up tonight, I snapped a leaf in the process with my meat cleaver hands though😭 My boy keeps staring at the leaves and I know exactly what he’s thinking- it’s now in the bedroom where I can have more oversight as they are toxic to our cat friends🤧
This has been identified as a blue chalk stick. Looking for some advice on propagating this weirdo 😅
brought this cutie home today and would love any care tips!! also wondering at what point i’d need to repot considering roots are already coming out the bottom holes a bit? TIA 🪴💚
I was just given this pot of tulips and I don’t really know anything about them. There’s roots coming out of the bottom of the pot and there’s multiple shoots, which I assume means multiple bulbs. Should I repot and separate the bulbs or repot and keep them together? Or not repot at all?
Hi everyone! I’m wanting to make my own terrarium. I think I want a closed one that holds humidity. What plant do you recommend and what supplies should I look into?!
I bought this beauty about a week ago. Today I am noticing the roots at the surface. Should I be concerned? Or repot? Any guidance is appreciated!
