Hey y’all I got this bromeliad I think and I’ve been looking up what kind the only one I could find that looks like it is called a silver vase plant, but those are a darker shade of green?
Went to a plant market and they had some struggling plants available for free. I think this one has been overwatered and I’m confident i can save it, but I’m not sure what it is lol. Any ideas?
My parents gifted me this beautiful Flaming Sword. 🙂
Hey everyone! I want to add a plant in my bathroom. Any suggestions on what I should get? No windows - just need something that thrives on moisture.
Does anyone know what is going on with this pepperomia? I’ve never seen markings like this and it’s a cutting from a friend that had it outside. The last cutting I got of it failed but didn’t have these little dimples. It’s well rooted and very healthy looking otherwise.
Help please! What is happening?? She was so beautiful and now 😭. I moved her into my living room under a grow light about 2 wks ago but she is still losing leaves. What do I need to do??
Once I was eating a clementine, decided I wanted to grow some so I followed some steps online (didn’t actually think it would work but I gave it a try) and safe to say, they have sprouted overnight yesterday! Not sure if this is a good idea or if i’ll even be able to keep them alive but it’s worth a shot lol

With the sun a little lower in the sky, it starts to shine into my apartment more and more. I love the pink tint that the leaves of a Tineke tree gets with more natural light.
My romaine lettuce is going to produce lots of flowers and new flowers buds are forming on lower and lower leaves. Which seems to mean the plant is going to be covered head to toe with flowers, can’t wait. 🎉🤩
Hello. I was wondering what to do about my sedeveria I’ve noticed some leaf rot so for the past few weeks I haven’t watered it but there’s still leaf rot. Any suggestions?
What kind of cactus is this? I got it about 20 years ago. It was maybe 4” high with a cute little wavy and furry top. It has metal rods for support now. Does anyone else have one of these?
My pup passed last night so today we went out to get a special plant for him. ❤️ It’s perfect.
Went to this place full of plants, and picked up some new buddy's

(This excerpt was taken from the sign display at the garden I intern at… hope you all enjoy the beautiful bloom photos 💚) Nerine Collection Amaryllidaceae Guernsey Lily South Africa According to legend, it was a 17th century shipwreck that is responsible for the Guernsey Lily's namesake. While en route from Japan to the Netherlands, a vessel from the Dutch East India Company shipwrecked off the coast of Guernsey, an island in the English Channel. The bulbs, as part of the shipment's cargo, washed ashore and proliferated in the sand, spreading inland. For over a century after the shipwreck, the Guernsey Lily's origin was presumed to be Japan due to the ill-fated vessel's route. It was later discovered that the southern tip of South Africa was their origin after they were found blanketing the slopes of Table Mountain, a majestic plateau overlooking Cape Town. The Guernsey Lily is a fall bloomer here in the Northern Hemisphere, and a vibrant autumnal feature!
