This amazing rubber plant (RUBERT IS HIS NAME) arrived in excellent condition from an Amazon seller. I was worried about the white spots on the leaves and I asked Planta AI and they said it’s a normal part of the plant. It’s calcium storage in the leaves. That’s pretty good information!
I do not know what to do with my spider plants. The tips are always browning. What should I do?
Ok so I didn’t know Alocasia Polly could bloom! Why didn’t yall tell me???! lol 🫶🏾🌱

Day 46 of my green house, first time gardener. Most everything was started from seed in here. For being in triple digits heat for the past two week I’m very proud of her
Constantly adding more… So constantly rearranging 😹
I’m trying to start a vegetable garden at home. I have roma tomatoe seedlings along with lettuce and radish seeds planted but I’m not getting any shoots. Any tips or tricks on getting germination going faster. I also have herb starters basil, green onion, rosemary, oregano, sage and a sad cilantro plant that seems to have given up on me.
Question- is a Monet sol pothos genetically the same as a lemon meringue pothos? Thanks!
Hello everyone! I am a little confused by this plant. I am not exactly sure what it is, it was given to me as a single leaf rebab last year. It is growing and strong, but the color difference in the leaves is throwing me. Any idea why this would happen? It is a healthy leaf..
Hey Everyone , hope your 4th 🇺🇲🎇🎆 was great 🙂 ... I have a quick question, could you tell me what this plant is ? It's for outside says in full sun 🌞 .... Help !!

Hi people, I just started Planta like an hour ago and I need help with this plant. I do not know what the name is. I’m trying to put it in. I just don’t know the name of three of these plants so all I need is some help please and thank you.
I’m really want to be able to grow carnations because they are my wife’s favorite and dahlias too because they are just bad ass!
Just starting out. Pineapple, jalapeño and elephant bush. Also picked up some little backyard planters 🧑🌾 I’m excited to see how it goes.
Anyone else an accidental plant serial killer? I’ve decided to go into growing plants and little indoor/outdoor gardens after a back surgery that has limited my mobility. Before this I’ve done aero gardens and little to no effort counter garden kits. I’m very much learning by screwing up and I’m starting to rake up a decent sized plant graveyard. I guess I wonder to what extent is things dying off or being intentionally killed off the norm for gardeners? It feels weird to fail so much. Ignoring the healthy plants I’ve murdered, see pics, there’s also things like the “I propagated way too many cosmos and will have to kill 1/2-2/3 of them. That feels… weird. But I can’t save them all. I think. Thoughts?
It was more compact and full when I got it and then I think I left it in a too dark place and now it looks like this. It’s now in a more sunny place but how do I get it full again?
3-4 weeks ago I shared my Snow-in-Summer woes ... I have an update! She is proudly sharing her splotchy leaves & pinks again! I also learned from her that I must trim back more closely on top to have them there and plan to do that trimming on a staggered schedule so the pinks will not all appear at the same time. But, but, but ... the best happy surprise is that her little violets have wee babies! I feel like I stumbled into having something actually living ( can I say thriving yet?) ... inspite of me!
