Few days while repotting my husband touched this new baby leaf, the stem almost broke but I tried saving it by tapping it. Today the leaf just came off (feels terrible). Anything that I can do to save it or I have to let her go?? Please suggest

My soil seems to stay wet longer these days. It’s the Same miracle gro indoor potting plant soil I have used for a couple of years. I also add extra perlite. Has anybody had this experience? I have not been watering these plants. some plants are in full sun, others part sun. Our house is at 75degrees and like in the 40/50s percent humidity. I don’t remember this happening last year. In fact some of my pothos have been dripping water! I have put paper towels to absorb some moisture under the ones that have remained wet for a while. I am worried about root rot. 😐 thanks!
Is this discolored leaf normal on this plant and does anybody know why it’s a different color and just different? Any advice would be appreciated thank you.
Hi everyone!! I just had a quick question about mushrooms in my soil. I left an open bag of all purpose soil out in my barn the other day and when I went back to it, it had grown mushrooms all over it. I got rid of most the mushrooms but I doubt I got rid of them all. Is there a certain mixture I could spray on the soil or on my plants in general to combat mushrooms without hurting my plants??
Sort of a weird question but I honestly can't figure this out. If I am laying down my iPhone in front of me and this is what my Compass shows, what facing is the window in front of me and what facing is the window behind me? Every time I hear about putting a plant in a certain facing window I get befuddled. Lol Thanks in advance.

I had a snake plant that had been knocked over and hadn’t been watered for an extended period of time. Like 4 months… anyway I cut all the dead dry leaves off and basically stripped it to nothing. And I repotted the plant. It is starting to grow but I’m wondering how likely it would be for it to fully heal.
Anyone know exactly what kind of pink syngonium this is ? Thank you
As someone who was being driven mad by fungus gnats…I figured I could be of some help to other plant peeps. I have worked hard af to rid my plants of these pesky a**holes. I have finally found what works and I continue to see less and less as the months go by…yes it has taken me months to rid my plants of them. You will need a concoction of these little apples…yes they work and pretty well! I bought a pack of 4 off of Amazon. They come with a solution to squirt into the apples that draws them in. That solution will fill 4 apples just one time. After the solution fully evaporates I just create my own mix of 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar, 1 teaspoon of sugar, some warm water and 3-5 drops of dish soap to refill them. Next, every time I water my plants I water them with mosquito bits - you can also use dunks if you prefer. Get the sticky traps! I bought a pack of 50 and I cut them in half to make them last longer! They work so well! Lastly, the Zevo traps work amazingly as well! The gnats are attracted to the light it gives off especially at night while they are flying around wreaking havoc and they wanna stop in somewhere by a light to chill for a sec…well now you’re stuck! 🤷🏼♀️ Also, let your plants dry out between waterings and check for root rot as applicable. Sorry for the dramatics, but they are sooo annoying. Iykyk. Happy gnat slaying folks!
Hey guys! It’s been almost 5 weeks since I planted some seeds: petunia (left) and sweet William (right)… I very quickly learnt that a full pack of seeds into one pot was not a good idea (I’m a newbie😂)… Anyway, they’re both in 5inch wide pots rn and I will be repotting them both tomorrow so they aren’t so crowded, any tips on repotting my seedlings so I can save as many as possible?

I bought these hyacinths from Trader Joe’s last month and I don’t know what to do with them now. According the the plant doctor on the app they are dormant and I just need to leave them alone and water but I feel like there has to be something else I can do to this plant. Any thoughts?
So I have this Sago Palm and I overwatered it a couple weeks ago 🙁 I put it in dry soil and have given it some time but today I’m going to give it some water . Four of its branches (I don’t know what to call them lol) were affected and I’m wondering if I should chop them ? I’ve given it some time to see if they’d spark back up , but they’ve just died more lol .
Hello plant parents 🌱 what is the best way to store left over soil? I have half a bag of Foxfarm soil after repotting my monstera and I’m not sure how to go about storing it. The soil itself is a wet mix and I don’t know if it should be stored in an airtight container or just in a bag. Suggestions welcomed thank you! 😊
i’m pretty sure my goldfish plant needs help! Is it ok if I put it out side to get some sun for a few hours a day and then bring it back inside?
