Hi, just wanting some help identifying this plant? Am I right in thinking it’s a dragon tree or am I way off?! Also if it is, how can I help as it seems quite pale green/yellow?

Peter has gotten sooooo big he is a little over 7ft. The crazy thing is I had to cut off the longest leg in June I think. So that leg would probably be about 10ft right now 😳. Honestly that’s just wild to me. I have had him 2 years as of February. We have had some moments that he didn’t look so good, but I never thought my first plant would do so well. He’s been a fighter and I hope he’s happy in his new home.

Hey all! Can anyone identify this? The ID app says it’s a dragon fruit but I feel like that not right. A friend gave me a 3” cutting 2 years ago and she grew into this 2’ 6” thing.

Recently left a Banana plant outside too long and the weather turned cold. Been trying to bring this back to life for the past couple of weeks. Currently it’s in a plant tent with a plant lamp on it and a humidifier. Any tips are greatly appreciated

Hello, Having a hard time with this money plant. Does anyone know if these leaves mean under watering or over watering? Not quite sure what I’m doing wrong. Several droopy very thin leaves. Some are turning brown.

Hey plant peeps, I need some creative ideas on how to hold this large baby up. She is a dark stem giant elephant ear (alocasia). I have little clear stakes in but her leaves are too heavy for them, a stem almost snapped due to the weight of the leaf. I don’t know much about moss poles but I don’t believe this plant would need one? I’ve never had a plant this big and heavy but I love her. Idk, help 🙂

Hello! I just rescued this prayer plant from my local grocery store. This is my first prayer plant. It’s looks pretty healthy except for a little bit of browning on one of the leaves and I think it’s root bound by the roots coming out of the bottom of the pot. Do they like to be snug in their pots and root bound or do I need to repot? Should I remove the brown leaves? Any tips would be greatly appreciated :)

How long should i keep my humidifier on for my plants? I just got a new one and don’t want to grow mold on my plants.

Suddenly my once thriving monsters is getting all kinds of brown leaves. I had it about 6 get from a north window and it did great. Now it is very sickly. I put it closer to an east facing window but am not sure what it needs now. Help!

Got a Hoya cutting from a friend today. Any tips and tricks for a successful propagation? Do they do well with water propping? If I laid it on it’d side instead of burying the tip, would it spawn roots from multiple nodes? TIA

Hi! I repotted my pitcher plant a week or so ago and before that it was super happy and healthy. Now it’s droopy and pitiful. I think it might be the soil and drainage. Can someone advise? I think the soil is too dense but idk for sure. Thank you in advance!

So, i am a bit of a newbie to properly caring for my house plants. I need to fertilize soon. Should I be using different fertilizer based on the type of plant? What about plants that have been recently repotted? I am seeing a task to fertilize, but am a little nervous about it. Any advice?

I have been growing garlic for 3 months. 1 month in I noticed some eggs on it. 2 months into growing them the plants started dying and there was flys so I brought the yellow thing and a tablet that kills the flys. Another month has passed and there’s still larvae crawling around in the soil and there’s only 1 leaf still alive. Is there any way I can save the garlic

Was given this baby (its name is firefly, it’s a farfugium japonicum - leopard plant) a few days ago!! I’m already so attached to it lol I’ll probably buy this subscription to help me care for it 😭😭!! the soil was dry and light brown this morning and I could see some browning on the tips- so I cut them off. I watered them until some water came out from the bottom. Touched the soil and it’s damp on top but on the bottom, it’s so wet it leaves water droplets on my finger. Any more tips on what I could do? I misted the leaves a while ago but one leaf developed brown spots in the middle of it, is it because of the misting? Any help would be so appreciated 😭😭🩷🩷🩷!!

So I feel really silly now. The second photo is a plant I already have, and the first photo is one I accidentally added to my cart on a live sale while purchasing other plants. I know they are both Syngonium podophyllum, but are they the exact same? I’m not sure which one I already have, I just know it’s an arrowhead. The first one says it’s a “Snow White” on the sale. They look extremely similar to me.
