So I have a beautiful sunflower growing, but I’m getting a lot of weird bugs like rips and this little weird green thing can someone help me diagnose this?

Does anyone know how long you can use the same water for soaking air plants? It’s distilled water and I hate to pack it home and then there’s the bottle… This looks kind of silly but it just came together and I’m keeping it because it’s going to be practical I hope. Soaking bowl below. I was afraid it would get dusty so I put the red bowl on top and that made a spot for the plant. I might paint the bowl. It’s looking a bit like Christmas.
