Iām new to fertilizing my houseplants and am curious what other people do. This plant food has directions for every-time watering or a stronger ārecipeā for twice a month feeding. Have you all had more success one way or the other? This is my first water cycle of feeding all my plants, so I havenāt seen positive or negative responses yet. I did the seven drops, but Iām wondering if I should go stronger. Would this be a shock to plants that have been on a water only diet?

Hi friends! My dieffenbachia baby has been looking very sad recently and Iām unsure what she wants. Iāve had her for a couple of months, and she has seemed quite happy getting very bright but indirect sunlight near my south facing window. About a week and a half ago she started to get very wilty/droopy. I mist her regularly and follow Plantaās suggested watering schedule. I donāt think Iām under or overwatering her and nothing has changed. Is she being dramatic or does she need something? Sheās still in her grow pot, so perhaps her potting mix isnāt so great? She doesnāt seem root bound. Based on what Iāve read, I moved her away from the window the other day as maybe sheās getting too much sun now that weāre coming out of winter? You can see the difference in her profile pic vs the pic below. Any suggestions or advice are very welcome. Thanks!
My pothos doesnt seem to be dying but its not growing? It keeps just getting thicker but not longer, I dont know what to do. Anyone have any ideas?
We have been discussing our favorite spring bulbs for some time now and here they are, but we would love to see and read about your favorites as well! Got a cute little flower sticking up in the planters somewhere? Or an old photo of when the spring bulbs grew all over the place? Time to share some spring feelings in the comment section! š· and here are our favorites as well: "Crocuses are some of the most beloved spring flowers in the garden. They bloom in a range of vibrant purples, oranges, and yellows to delicate whites, pinks, and blues, as well as multicolored and striped patterns. Reminding us that spring's promises are just around the corner. These low-maintenance garden plants offer a feast for the eyes and an important early food source for bumblebees." - Anton "Botanical tulips, include both wild species and lightly hybridized varieties, offer a natural, wildflower-like beauty. Smaller and more delicate than traditional hybrids, they bloom early in spring and return year after year, naturalizing over time. Hardy and low-maintenance, they thrive in well-draining soil and full sun, making them perfect for borders and rock gardens. Plant once, and enjoy their vibrant charm season after season." - Elin "Scilla, a genus of charming spring-blooming bulbs, brings a touch of wild beauty to gardens and natural landscapes. From the vivid blue hues of Scilla siberica to the delicate starry blooms of Scilla bifolia, these resilient flowers thrive in woodlands, rock gardens, and meadows. Naturalizing with ease, they return year after year, forming carpets of color that signal the arrival of spring. Hardy and low-maintenance, Scilla flourishes in well-draining soil and partial to full sun, requiring little care beyond planting. Beloved by pollinators, these early bloomers provide a vital nectar source, making them as beneficial as they are beautiful." - Ida

I received this solar flare aloe in the mail back in October and unfortunately there was an unexpected cold snap when it was in transit. I had ordered a heating pad with it just in case but it malfunctioned. The shipper refunded my money so no loss but Iām not someone who can give up on a plant. It never really looked healthy but recently itās started to look even worse. I just leave it be in case it rebounds. Tonight, I noticed that despite how bad the plant looks, there appears to be new growth all around the stem. What do you guys think? Do you think these are new leaves (weirdly growing outside the stem which Iāve never seen in my other aloes) or are they possibly pups (also weirdly growing very close to the mother?)?
Yall⦠so I had a mango pit that started sprouting or.. growing (refer to picture to understand what time saying) so I potted it⦠is this okay? Is this how youāre supposed to do it? I donāt wanna kill it. HELLPPPP any advice?
Can someone tell me why my birkin leaves turn white?
I just started container gardening last week (first time ever planting ANYTHING!) this is a container full of random wildflowers and as I went to water them this morning I saw my first ever sprouts!!! Iām so happy!!!
Hi Everyone!! New plant mom here! I bought this beautiful Lilly from Trader Joeās and it was in good condition when I bought but now the leaves are drooping and curling up. I water every 4-5 days or when the upper layer of soil feels dry. Can someone please suggest me whatās going wrong? Appreciate your support in advance! š
Hi everyone! My mom recently ordered this online and has no idea what it is. I searched it here in the app and on google and nothing accurate popped up. Does anyone know what this is?
Okay, Iām at a loss, my money tree is doing absolutely horrible. The rest of the tree rotted off, and almost all the leaves have fallen off. I only water according to the schedule this app provides but sheās so unhappy. I keep her in bright indirect light too.
The first picture is what I got yesterday that my mom has been helping me to get a good start from one of the babies from the original from my grandma. Iris is a silver inch plant. The 2nd photo was Iris at the lowest point and the next one Iris in recovery. The last one is one of Iris at its peak I think; she used to have multiple blooms at one point. Iām nervous about having her again so any tips would be appreciated.
Hey, I'm a new planter. Bought this guy's from Lowes and was wondering if they grow flowers?
Can anyone tell me, is my ZZ plant growing more stalks? Or what is he doing? lol
