Hi everyone need advice. My avocado tree is several years old, got a plant swap so don’t know exactly how old. The leaves on the lower trunk are dropping. New growth on top. ? Is there any way you can get growth back on trunk? Thanks

Hello! I bought this monstera from Walmart (costa farms) about a month ago and while she looked happy, she starting showing some signs of root rot so I checked her and it was bad. I had to trim off most of her roots besides the ones that didn’t just fall off. My question now is this enough roots to repot her in my homemade chunky soil mix or should I put her in water? I don’t want her die so I’m nervous. I’ve never had to deal with trimming that much root off. I soaked her in hydrogen peroxide after trimming is there anything else I should do? She’s getting a new pot and everything too.

When I got this plant it was dying. leaves falling off so I repotted it with 6 almost thin slices of bananas with the peel and it starting growing so fast and this is all the good mold I think that’s amazing 😍
