What plants do people like to collect? I just recently “completed” my monstera (deliciosa) collection by getting this beautiful Aurea cutting! I also really love collecting pothos (I have golden, jessenia, manjula, cebu blue, marble queen, snow queen, lemon meringue, njoy, global green and neon) For monstera the 4 pictured, not in order, are regular monstera, albo, thai con (in comments), mint, and aurea

yall, the gasp that left my soul…. (i asked my boyfriend to do some work in my studio while i was at work yeast and when i come home today i realized he accidentally switched off the ceiling fan on his way out ( i have my fan and ac running 24/7 so i believe the no circulation & how dried out he was getting already since arrival aug 13th did it? he was doing okay the day before but my studio tends to run pretty HOTT (88F+ without ceiling fan and AC) and i’ve been trying to get the TEMP, RH & humidifier in the sweet spot for my jungle gang but when i pulled him from his shelf for watering this hurt. the calatheas soil was BONE DRY. my moisture meter was barely able to penetrate the soil.. definitely going to be more on my chores and duties. [[everyone got a distilled watering]]🥲 please don’t roast me too bad 😭😭

I made this plant bag that I keep my repotting/plant things in and I wanted to know what other plant essentials/things I should keep in it. I’ve been doing this for a while and have a few other bags the green one I keep my cut water bottles to use as planters I keep the white and green one in my house so when I need to go out I can grab it and if I need something else I don’t have to go in and out. Thank you for suggestions!😁

Help!!! Old plant that i cant tell if the roots are dead. Can I fix this or should i bin it??? Any tips are super welcome as I’m a teen learning how to care for plants.

Do you mist all your plants, as the app suggests, or just some? Just when a leaf is stuck? I have never been a mist-er (or a mister...lol) but will if it really is in the plants' best interest. Get to know you of the day: do you top or bottom water?

I've finally been able to keep orchids alive! Now I'd like to get them to rebloom. They're in my bathroom right in the window, which I believe faces north. I have them in orchid pots and orchid medium. I've been using regular fertilizer on them but is there one better for orchids? Also, should I add a grow light? TIA

Any idea what’s going on with my Mandevillas? I planted them a few months ago and they’ve been thriving. When planted, all stems were the same size. Now, one stem has skyrocketed and no flowers bloom on it. Should i cut it down or leave it?

Hiiii ive had this philodendron white wizard for 3-4 months or so and it stared growing this sapling like thing and I don't know if I sould leave it or take it out??

Has anyone used a grow light bulb in a regular lamp and then placed the lamp on a timer? I’m wanting to put a plant by my couch but it doesn’t get a lot of indirect light there so I was going to put a bulb in my lamp.
