Another new leaf growing on my white wizard! I hope it’s another half moon leaf!
Is my spider plant flowering? Will this lead to pups? Thank you.
My Croton Rina one week apart - my Croton began to drop leaves in the lead up to me repotting it. The stem of the leaves connecting to the main body of the plant began to go soft/almost mushy, and they were easily snapped off. I repotted the plant and checked for root rot however the roots are strong and appear very happy. The plant is now just the stem with strong roots. What can I do to try and save this plant? I currently have it by my front door under some shade facing South-East. I’m in Victoria, Australia, so have just started Spring. New to taking plants seriously and really want to save this guy if I can!
Any one eles on here grow common rue? Just want to know if I should prune and propagate. And also if its leggy.
beginning of June to now!
I had some Caladium bulbs that I’m planting inside. I can’t get a clear answer on whether or not the stem come from the eye should be covered or not. Any help very appreciated!
I was gifted this alocacia black velvet and I repotted it because its soil was very bad and I found 4 corms! There was a few more in there that were very small but the 4 I took fell out of the pot right when I took out all the old soil. I places the corms in soil and now they are under a grow light with good humidity. Is there anything else I can do to help them grow and is there a timeline of when I can see them sprout? Also this is my first alocacia and im a little worried because they are known to be difficult are there any tips to get them to thrive? PS: the little green thing I found inside my philodendron split leaf hopes pot and I have no idea what it is. I planted it with my other corms. Sorry for the long message thanks for help in advance!!!
Hey yall I was wondering if someone could tell me what is happening to my rattlesnake :( I’ve had it for a few months now and haven’t changed anything with it. First picture is what it looked like at the beginning of August and the last 2 were taken today.

Achilles - my Zz - was ready for a repot. I almost had to cut off the old pot and there was almost no soil left.

I absolutely cannot fit one more plant in my house…. so I bought two more plants lol.
Hi Plant Fam. I have a few plants that are in self watering pots using a wick. Every now and then I notice the soil towards the top dries out. The reservoirs don't dry out. What would make the water randomly stop wicking; or at least from what I can see, stop the top from drying out all of a sudden? Thanks for any tips or suggestions.
I got a bloom 🥹🌿🙌🏼🫶🏻 I love these plants, elephant ears? I have three, and they seem to all be doing really well! 🥰
Welcome home little ones!!! 🥳🥳🥳
Just went to water this guy and saw these three new sprouts/shoots! So beautiful! 🥰
Hello there, Happy Friday everyone. The leaves of my Pothos plant are 'limpy' and yellowy. Is this overwatering, perhaps?
I post in this group - as opposed to the Lithops Lovers community - every once in a while because everyone including me is terrified of killing these things - because they are known to die after single watering at the wrong time i.e. water your plants before going on a trip. And it's often one and done and the person saying "oh, I just kill them," I have a bunch of Lithops - it was over 30, now...14? - and I have watched their mutations here in this Northern Utah life. Note: I had maybe ten plants (little cactus, a couple Gasteria) in 2022, read about Lithops all year, bought some at Home Depot that October, and then plunged into full succulent obsession while watching these things go from pristine, to wrinkled, to decimated, and then clean itself up by July to maybe spit out a flower. I have more questions about them than when I started. The rule is keep them dry in winter, water when growing, but maybe not if the flower is blooming etc. I have that kind of down. But this plant's genetics come from a different hemisphere, hence my Winter is their Summer. BUT these are raised from seed in California, and I give them high power grow lights year round. My opinion after every dollar-sized Lithops split, but multiplied in odd ways is: they're taking care of themselves and adapting beyond general rules lol. It's a half-baked opinion that could be solved with scientific explanation of variables. But that's no fun lol. This is the same plant. Currently, it is three and a tiny foot. Also, here is who inspired the name (the last member of band King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard who name I haven't used as a plant name).
Fiddle Leaf Fig doing okay? Just bought this and repotted it. But the leaves are starting to tip down…signs of not doing well?
