I got a $25 greenhouse from lidl, added some shelf liners and grow lights, my plants love it! I also recently repotted all of them into good soil and clear pots.

Hi everyone! So I’m in the Houston area and have an IKEA greenhouse. We were hit with a bad storm Thursday and have been without power since 6:30 that evening and it’s now Saturday. There’s a possibility that power will be out for days so I’m worried about my plants. Should I move them out to my south facing porch for a while to get airflow and light? Or will that shock them even more?

I know nothing about roses but I’m super happy with this little potted lady I got!! Any advice for them? She’s blooming and growing happily but I’m not sure if or when to repot! Just look for tips!!! I don’t have flowers!! And I wanna keep it alive! lol

I’ve got this big clump growing together that I wanna spread out more to give em a fighting chance but should move them now or wait till they get a little tougher? This area is doing so good but I’m afraid a lot will die if they stay so close together?? Its a mix of wildflowers and impatiens, I had a couple lil seed packs that I threw down but I didn’t spread them well enough apparantly

Need help with my philodendron mayoi..looking at pic seems to be thriving, lots of new growth, however the underside of the leaves are discolored, as if they are wet (to the touch they are not) .. normal behavior or am I doing something wrong?? No visible pests.

A little bit of mold started growing on the dirt for my houseplant. I’ve had it for years and not sure why this is happening now or how to avoid. Plant seems to be okay. It’s sitting in the window so getting as much light as it can. There is drainage in the pot. I added some extra soil recently so maybe that’s it?

Been propagating these little spider plants for 4 weeks now. On the right the roots have started to sprout roots but on the left only the main roots have sprouted. The left is considerably bigger than the right. Is this ok? Should I start thinking about potting them in soil or keep them in here for a while they seem to like it 🪴

Does anyone have any suggestions on shipping plants? I got my calathea while my husband was deployed and it’s absolutely thrived over the past 2 years. I really don’t want to just give it to someone else because of all the time and progress we’ve made. I’d like to have my friend overnight ship it to our new place, but is that possible? And if so how?

Hello! I am looking to get a few (potted) lavender plants for my yard, to help keep bugs away and I love the scent.. Is there any suggestions you can give me on Lavender plants? Also any other bug repellent plants are welcome as well. I live in NE Arkansas, so there is everything around here in the woods.
