Hey folks! New plant owner trying to figure out what "Bright Indirect" light means 😆 this is my philodendrine Brasil, I believe they like bright indirect light, but I worry she doesn't get enough sun. Any thoughts about where she I placed in terms of sun?

Does anyone own a Syngonium T25? It’s a small narrow leaf arrowhead with a threadlike red edge on its leaves. It’s been on my wishlist a couple of years and I had stopped looking because most of the advertised plants are sold out, located over seas, or are a Syngonium Starlight variety which has no red edge. I love the markings and leaf shape on a T25. It looks like water coloring in the green areas.

Anyone know what this plant is?

What is the best potting soil mix I can buy for my house plants? I’m new to houseplants and I have 2 plants that isn’t doing good cause I think I put the wrong potting soil in the pots. So I use garden magic potting soil I’m not sure if that’s good or bad. Please any recommendations are appreciated. Thank you all.

Any opinions on these plant shelves if they work? Hard to believe they would stay in place with just suction cups…

Hi everyone! I want to get into plants but I’m worried about the toxicity of them because I have two littles running around. Can anybody suggest what plants I can bring into my home that won’t poison my kiddos if they get too curious? TIA!!

I bought a new spider plant and feel like a lot of leaves on the bottom have been dying and noticed a spider plant baby’s stem turning brown. Can I cut/trim the leaves to give more space for healthier leaves and babies?

OK, all ye stake people, what does this stake say to you? Am I saying DRY, or am I still not quite there? TIA!

I’m hoping this is not a problem anymore, but when I was doing a progress report on my Petra, I noticed this small leaf at the very base of the plant. It just looked like something had been munching its way across the leaf. I can see little teeny holes through the leaf along an irregular line. Should I tear my hair out now, or is this perhaps, a thing of the past…🤞? TIA!

Hello! I am new ish to the plant community. I have had a bird of paradise come into my home a few months ago. I've been attempting to humidify him and fertilize him. He has shade for the first half of the day and some direct sun as directed. He doesn't stand tall and is very droopy is the best word? His leaves are torn, brown, and curling and I need some help with a diagnosis? If anyone has any clues I'd appreciate it! This plant has never flowered as I was told by the past owner.

What is this thing that just shot up out of my aloe’s dirt? I swear, one day it wasn’t there, and then next time I looked, there it was! Unfortunately, I went to pull on it, and the fuzzy stuff on it, came off on my fingers… so it looks kind of bare and slimy… 😣! Also, it’s really stuck in there. It feels hard to the touch, kind of like a little tiny potato with fuzz…something from outer space? Good or bad? Comments? TIA!

Hi!! I have a pink quill/bromeliad and the central flower is doing good but I wanted help on the leaves around it. They're doing generally okay but could definitely improve so is there anything I should do to boost them? Some will get small brown tips but there's never anything bad/major

So this is our latest set up in the entrance way, is there anything else we could add?

Hi everyone! This plant is a Dracaena. I got it last year in the summer. I have it near a window with not a lot of light. Often times I forget to water the plant. How can I help this plant look healthy again?

So I rescued this little guy on the side of the road with b bunch of free stuff. I cut and propagated some right away cause I really didn't think it was going to live. Now there is great new growth in the center of the pot. Some my question is should I get a pole for the long piece or cut and propagated it? Thanks for any help or suggestions.
