I am not looking to put this Manjula on a moss pole. I have several hanging baskets of Epipremnum varieties in my office. Any tips to encourage trailing growth? I add 1/2 strength liquid fertilizer to every watering. However....I do love that bigger leaf in the middle!
Hi everyone! Just bought this at my local Home Depot and I would love some advice as what to do next. Do I keep it in the pot it was in or repot? Anything would be greatly appreciated!
I’ve got a mushroom growing in one of my spider plants! I’m going to remove it. A weird but nice surprise this morning!
Got these new babies a week ago, just potted them today in their adorable new pots! I am new to both of these plants (arrowhead and string of turtles) so any tips appreciated! :)
I think my whale fin snake plant is starting a new leaf! This plant is new to me so I’m excited to see how this goes!
Flower Friday! What is blooming?! Let's see those flowers 😍
She is blooming! She hasn't bloomed since we moved in FEB 2025! She is blooming!!
I just got this beautiful string of turtles from my local nursery. I need any and ALL advice on this as I’ve been avoiding getting one for a while because I’m nervous I’ll kill this one 🥲 but I am excited to TRY! I have north and south facing windows. Self watering? Any advice is welcome please 🤗
Okay, friends. I think I can jump to the next level and go from beginner plant mom to intermediate (whatever word you want to use lol). I have (and am keeping alive) a pothos, syngonium albo, string of hearts, aloe, zz plant, heart leaf philodendron, and a spider plant. What next?? 🌱
I tried to grow mimosa pudica from seed TWICE and they never germinated despite planting half the bag of seeds each time. So I gave up and mixed the old seed starting mix into my soil mix. LO AND BEHOLD! What do I find while watering my potato baskets? A sensitive plant. More like a STUBBORN plant. I had to touch it to make sure I knew what I was seeing. And of course he was rooted DEEP so I only got one viable root when I *carefully* pulled him out so now he’s propagating in a shot glass with rooting hormone in my plant rehab to think about what he’s done.
Spring rearrangement. Happy Friday kids! 🫶🏾🌱
So, while I wait to do my plant care, I come to you as a first time orchid owner. I just received one this week as a gift and I have no idea what to do with it. The leaves are concerning - dull, browning, not as firm as I think they should be. Do I keep it in its pot for now and see if anything improves with regular care? I know not to use the ice cube watering method and not to cut the stems once the flowers fall. That is about the extent of it, so anything you can share with me is greatly appreciated!
Hay Everyone! I can’t pull up my plants. It buffers and then it tells me something went wrong.
Hey guys I’m new to this n honestly js going with the flow, but are these a okay soil for my vegetables. 😅
Is anyone else’s app crashing? Or not loading your plants?
Hello I have an arrowhead plant that isn't doing well is it supposed to be skinny like this I've pinned up the stems because they are weak and just for over what am I doing wrong
Hey guys I’m still a little new to my plants. I was wondering does this one look healthy ? I’ve had it for almost 2 years now definitely grew a lot when I first got it but then seemed like it stopped growing or am I just tripping ?
Any idea why this gal looks like this? Grows lots of new leaves but then the old ones fall off and she’s getting leggy
Does anyone have this plant? I’m new to taking care of plants and I noticed little gnats started coming out of the soil. I read that it’s from overwatering, so I stopped watering it! But the gnats keep coming out and I don’t know what else to do.
