I really wanna get a rose grape flower, and I would love some advice!! I read here on planta that its sensitive to lime in the water, does that mean it’s sensitive to tap water? Also, is it generally tough to care for indoors?

Update on AloeBoi:
Y’all were so helpful last week, that I wanted to double check with you. AloeBoi is repotted in the next size pot up with succulent soil. I fed him today (his normal feeding day), and just misted him and his soil since he still seems to be saying “no more water, please!”
Planta’s schedule has him due for water in 5 days… go ahead, or give him a full week? (His last watering was pouring rain shower on 14May.)

How should I separate this pup from the original plant? Just cut it?

Hey! This pothos has been water propagating for about 3 months, and I just noticed these white bunches on the roots. What is it? Is it something I should be worried about? If so how do I fix it?

I put this golden pothos cutting in soil for the first time about a month ago, and it’s been growing roots like CRAZY… including out of one of the drainage holes! I don’t think it’s root-bound enough to need a bigger pot, but I’m wondering if there’s any harm in just letting the root grow like this? Would it be better to cut this root off completely?

Hey all! My son picked this up for me yesterday at a local nursery for my birthday, but he can’t remember what it is. Would one of you be so kind as to identify what kind of plant this is for me please?? Thank you!

hey there i need help identifying this philodendron! i went on a huge buying spree and it seems the nursery might have forgot to put an identification tag. there’s a sticker on the pot that says assorted philodendron but other than that no other identification, i bought a orange marmalade that has the same sticker on the pot but it has a tag stake that says philodendron orange marmalade. i’ve spent some good time online comparing plants but i cant find anything that i’m positive is a match

I woke up to my spider plant ripped to shreds and the roots out of soil, can you guess who did it?🙂🙂
It slowly is wilting more and more. I’m guessing the roots were totally exposed to air for at least a few hours in the middle of the night.
Does she stand a chance at bouncing back if I do certain things? I just got her 😭

I can’t figure out what is wrong with my Japanese aralia. I don’t think it is lack of light or rot. I just bought it and planted in ground 4 days ago.

Can anyone tell me what this plant is? I got it in an arrangement for Mother’s Day and was wondering what it was called.
Thanks in advance.

Hi! Sorry for another question. Been given this Chinese evergreen I believe it is. It's been living in water for god knows how long, but I'd like to transfer it into soil instead. I've read it can shock the plant and give it root rot as its accustomed to water. What are all the necessary steps I should take to getting this baby into soil without harming/killing the plant? Also, could some identify the exact type of Chinese evergreen this is please?

hi !!! so im just wondering what is going on with my pitcher plant , her name is Thorn, she is thriving and has 3 beautiful pitchers that collect more gnats than i'd like to admit are in my apartment ... but i noticed that there is a new little plant growing a the base of the existing plant and it the little green pitcher looks different than how the other pitchers have been growing in. does anyone know if this is normal or if this is even the same plant ??? thank you !!!

I recently got this flowers as a gift…
My 5 year old son thought it was a good idea to make “perfume” for his mommy with the petals😅
Now my flowers are bald! Haha
Perfume smells amazing by the way! Highly recommend 10/10!! 😍
