Top water or bottom water? I used to bottom water plants and let them soak until the top of the soil was wet. However, we now have way too many plants to let plants just sit in trays for too long. If I top water and let the plant soak up any water from the saucer, how long do you think I should let it soak? 15 minutes? 30 minutes? Longer?

So I’m quite new to the pepperomia life and recently my watermelon plant sprouted its flower spike! Should I cut this flower spike if I want her to grow more bushy?

guys ‼️ I need help what happened to my plant?? is this root rot and what do I do to help it? or is it past the point of no return? 😢😢 the top fell off as I was checking the bottom yellow leaves then the whole thing just fell out of the pot

forever amazed by plants. my lavender totally dried out from the extreme heat we’ve been having but i noticed it had some newer green growth at the bottom so i chopped it and now it’s starting to grow back 😀

Hello everyone, nothing is wrong with my rubber tree, but its getting a lot of new leaves and the root seems to be pushing out of the soil little by little. I heard its best to repot during the growing season. Should I repot now or leave it for now?

Hello! I have a calathea Stella that I have placed in a window that gets indirect sunlight all day and then maybe an hour of direct sunlight. It had a lot of new leaves but they are starting to dry out and I can’t tell if I just need to water it more frequently or if it’s not humid enough (or something else entirely). Some of the leaves were yellowing which I though meant I was overwatering, so I’m just a little confused what’s going on. I’m also only watering with filtered water because I know these plants can be a bit finicky! Thanks!
