Hello! I recently got these two calathea plants. I’ve never owned one before, so I am trying to figure out what light they need. Does anyone know how close I should have them to a window? Right now they are about a foot from the actual glass, and about 5 inches from the blinds. I don’t want to accidentally burn any leaves, but I also don’t want to deprive them! Any help and information about these plants would be wonderful! Thank you.

Help! I don’t know what to do about my Stella calathea I really don’t water it every day just what’s recommended. I did find some bugs in the soil today and I completely cleaned the roots and gave it new soil but what do I do about these leaves?

My sister gave her as a cutting and she had a tough start. Root rot was so bad to where I had to cut all the roots off. But now look at her, new leaf!!!! (There is a bandaid on the new leaf cause I accidentally knocked it over and broke it 😭)

Hi! I planted two of these lambs ear in my full sun garden maybe last month and they look horrible. We had a heat wave and I’ve been watering my plants every day to help them through but this poor lambs ear isn’t doing great. According to this app it’s under watered which is a possibility. However I’ve been watering it very frequently since it’s newly planted and has been so hot. Any thoughts?

Found this growing next to my blueberry plant in the same pot. Put it in its own pot thinking it was a blueberry seedling. I’m not shure if it is anymore. Does anyone know if it is a blueberry seedling?

Been leaving my snake plant outside for the summer months. Is this from over watering, it does rain alot in baton rouge? Should i cut this leaf off?

Not sure if this leaf is dying, or if there is a cure to get it back to its healthiest step. At the base of the stem, it looks very dehydrated but the rest of the plant is thriving, and looks amazing. I’m new to the plant game, so anything would help!

My friend was going to get rid of this - but I couldn’t see it go, so I have it to try and save has anyone got any recommendations? Palor palm Thank you in advance x

Can anyone help on the below? I have watered as per the Planta schedule I has been positioned in and out of the Sun, so leaves are going brown then falling off, I have two and one is thriving and this one isn’t thriving - can anyone offer any advice for this? Thank you in advance x It’s a buxus

My 1st post, kind of new to indoor plants. I repotted this kentia plant 2 weeks ago. I’ve noticed the bottom leaves have dried out and stems are yellow. I water once a week. Any ideas why? Ty

This beautiful cactus was my mother’s, it’s about 40 +years old, got sickly looking a couple weeks ago, Does anyone have a tip? I know she needs no water, had a break near the root, tried to winch it together, hoping it might heal, but still not doing very good. in a glass pot with no drainage, I’m afraid to repot it as I don’t want to traumatize it any further 🤷‍♀️

Do you guys think these babies are ready to be moved to soil? Or should I wait for the roots to grow? And should I plant it all together or should I separate them? 3 separate cuttings

so my blue flowered torch is in a cactus succulent soil mix and i have been following this apps watering schedule so idk why i am seeing these mushrooms any idea what i need to do ? new plant mom here so this is new to me
