Just wanted to share these with everyone. They have been a real game changer for me when watering my larger heavier plants. They come in different sizes. Just water and when the excess drains out you just dump the tray. I never see anyone using them, I hope someone finds this useful.
Happy Monday, everybody!🪴 We're excited to announce that you can now easily change a plant's ID if you accidentally added the wrong one. Simply update your Planta app to the latest version (3.29.1) and find this new function in the plant profile settings. To access it, just go to the plant's profile, tap on the settings icon in the upper right corner, scroll down to the "plant" category, and change the plant type as needed. This fiddle leaf fig, at my work place, was very tired and sad. So I went ahead and repotted it. I hope it will perk back. I’m volunteering as the plant caregiver at my work. Is anyone else also doing that? 😂
Hiii! I used to have a moon cactus but somehow, not sure why, it rotted, I left it and it grew a cactus on the side. I’m not sure if I should repot the plant that grew and get rid of the middle one. Help!!

Hello everyone! I’ve always had a few plants around the house that have allowed me to neglect and never die. As I empty nest, I have ventured down the road of letting go of my kids and filling the void with plants! 😂 I have lots of questions however! Main question for now…. soil I have bought and repotted with has feed in it for up to six months. This app tells me to fertilize. Can some kind person please explain this? I haven’t done it at this point as I don’t want to kill my plants! Thanks!

I’m thinking of switching to aquaponics and SEMI-HYDRO and with PONS LECA for some of my non-orchid plants… I’m wondering about the costs (short v long term), pros and cons, possible alternatives to leca. Anyone use semi-hydro? Everything just goes bad with soil. Lol. #dirtfree
