I’ve had this lucky bamboo for about 2 years and up until now it was thriving and has gotten so big. Recently it’s started yellowing and I’m not sure why. The app said it needed more sun but when I tried that it yellowed more. Any advice?
I’m so confused about what is happening with this plant. It was doing well for the longest time and then idk what happened.
I am creating a project, it’s an A or B project. Either: A, I get a fish tank and fill it with plants, with a grow light on top. Or B, I get plexi glass and fit it into the small crevice of my shelf, (so my cat can’t get to it) and put a bunch of plants on it, and shine a grow light on it. PLAN B IS THE ROUGH DRAWING IN THE PIC. (This is a big deal to me bc/ I can’t have many plants in my room bc/ of my 3 cats.)
Any care tips for this plant? There are so many different names for it. But it never seems happy for long. Her leaves have been yellowing. Just had to cut two off but others are starting to have yellow spots also. I’ve repotted and checked the roots. No over watering or root rot. I’m so confused 🫤

This is my Kalanchoe. Was having some stretching issues but it’s doing much better now. It is directly under a grow light, it has new soil, and I cut off the stretched parts and replanted them in this existing pot. Now I wonder if I need to continue cutting the plant, leave it alone or transplant into a much bigger pot? It grows so fast and there are babies growing in the soil due to the babies that fall off the leaves. I just wonder what other people do with theirs?
i have never had an issue with my pilea up until 3 days ago, literally from one day to another it started dropping ALL of its leaves rapidly, i water it regularly and always use the chopstick method, so it wasn’t over watered, i even water it with some plant food. i staked it up yesterday because it started to really droop. any takes on what happened??? :///
I’m not sure what’s going on here but should I be worried? It looks like mold. I put coffee grounds in it. Can that cause this?
My albo monstera leaves were curling at the edges so I bought this. Let’s hope it helps fix the problem.
My monstera is from Lowe’s and it has many cuttings from it and is falling over. Does it need to climb and should I separate them? It’s growing a new leaf but the other cutting don’t look good at all. Please help!
Saw this on tik tok and had to remake it. It looks much better in person and it’s an amazing addition to my balcony garden.
This happened last year too when the leaves edges were turning black and eventually the leaves fell of getting more and more black. I repotted it and watered less so it stopped and I cut off the black parts from what survived. The leaves started getting black again this year and this one just fell. :( please help! I can try watering less again but not sure what else I can do😭
anyone with a grow light, i need your opinion! i have lower lighting in my room and i’ve been thinking of getting a grow light. there a little bit on the pricey side and i’m wondering if it’s worth it. if so any specific brands that you’ve like would be helpful too.
I highly recommend a spray bottle like this one. I’ve seen at Sally’s Beauty supply. I bought mine on Amazon. The spray is very fine and easy in the hands. Great for misting plants or your hair. LOL
Hi, we bought these two beautiful plants (placed on the floor, right side of the photo). Just being honest, I bought them because they LOOKED beautiful. I just have no clue how to make sure I don’t kill them. So here I am and hopped on to Planta. Showing you a picture of where it’s at. The sun comes in from the left side sliding door but it doesn’t directly hit the plants. Will the cool wind (I live in jersey city) from the sliding door coming in, affect the plant? Should I always keep the sliding door closed? Any suggestions and tips will help. I don’t want to kill them LOL they’re beautiful
