Are you supposed to water after repotting or should I wait a day?

LOOKING FOR ADVICES ON PLANT RECOVERY Just got this poor paradise bird from a second-hand seller and the buddy doesn’t seem very happy :( Gonna do whatever Planta suggests but meanwhile very concerned about her situation. So just would like to ask if anyone have any advices/recommendations about how to take better care of her

New plant mom here! I got this cutting of a snake plant from the cashier at the plant store on my birthday a month ago and I’m so excited for the new roots that are coming in!! When the time comes, what size pot do you guys recommend I put this cutting in?

Bought this frangipani for my bf about 1.5 years ago, has struggled to grow more than 3 leaves at a time. Eventually they all fall off and it starts over. Recently, it’s been looking lovely (last few months) but I just got back from a few days away and it has a couple leaves that are looking yellow/ brown spots. In the past, we have fought spider mites off of these guys. He sits in a partial sun window. Help!

Any recommendations or reasons why I’m getting so many fruit fly ?

I bought my ficus tree a year ago today and it was very prim and proper. It now looks rather wild! How do I get it to look as it once did?

Does this hypoestes look leggy? The app says this spot I have it in is full sun and too bright but it’s been growing like this here. The lower leaves are getting old and wrinkly and dry but top leaves are nice and bright.

Mildew of mealybugs? This has been a test plant from my friends desk lol I have been saying it’s mealybugs but we are unsure. Can anyone side with me, or is this mildew? It does scratch off

This is my first Maranta. I have these two pots available. One is ceramic and one is plastic. I don’t care about the look but are these good options for this plant or should I get something else? Thank you

My tiny dancer has grown quite a bit, but I’m beginning to worry that something from. Some of the stock died but maybe that’s normal cause there is a lot of new growth. The tips of some of the leaves dried out and my underwing because when I touched the soil, it feels moist.

Hey yall, I got this croton two months ago and it looks like she has not grown one bit. This leaf looks the same lol. Wonder if anyone has any tips for general croton guidance?

Hi! I’m new here, and I’m trying (again) to be a houseplant mom after many unsuccessful attempts over the years. I bought this Schismatoglottis wallichii on Saturday at Walmart. She was in a wick and grow pot and had two yellow wilting leaves. I checked the pot when I got home, and there was no water. So I put water in the outside pot and put her back in with the wicks in the water. She started guttating Saturday night. It sounds like this is normal if she got too much water. I checked the outside pot yesterday, and it was empty. She’s still guttating this morning. My moisture probe says the soil is just barely moist. Do I wait to water again until she stops guttating? Is this the wrong pot for her? I don’t want to repot her yet as she’s adjusting to her new home. But I’ve killed a lot of plants, so I don’t exactly trust myself. I appreciate any guidance y’all kindly provide!

Can anyone tell my why my lemon balm is so droopy I water it regularly and it’s in full sun. IDK what to do😕😕

Hey all! My Moses in the cradle plant has been doing really well, but I’m wondering if it’s outgrowing its pot? It’s getting taller so I’m wondering how will I know to repot it into a larger pot? I’m afraid of putting it into shock. Thank you in advance!

Hello:) I am new to having plant children! Im not to sure what type of succulent this is but with the help of google im understanding shes a type of zebra. Some of them are toxic to cats im reading but some arent? Help ya girlie out please😔 Btw her name is Sylvia🥹

Should I separate this bunch and repot them so it’s 1 stem for each pot? Got these philodendron birkin at Walmart and they came with 4 in a nursery pot. I like how bushy the bunch looks but was wondering if I should break them apart. Has anyone grown birkin without separating?
