Just bought a new philodendron Brazil. This is my first time owning a philodendron and I am super excited and she looks so beautiful. If there’s any advice or tips that I should know so I can make sure that she thrives in my new home that would be great thank you!

Hey guys. I recently moved into a new apartment. My money tree seems to literally be dying on me. A n bunch of leaves already died off and I’m sure you can see there are a bunch more turning yellow and getting ready to drop. There are some new leaves at the top but my tree is gonna be naked 😭😭 do I chop and prop? Do I wait it out!?!? What do I do!!!

My mom’s decades-old golden pothos. Is it even worth trying to divide it into several pots or should we just repot it it all together?

This hasn’t grown for a long while.

Hi, I hope I’m not repeating this post. It didn’t seem to go through the first time. Forgive me if you seen this already I need help for this beauty. The plant really likes the sunny spot in my bathroom, but has outgrown the space. I’m thinking I could cut the leggy areas off and start new plants and keep it at the site or should I just put it somewhere else in the house? My main concern is I have two cats and this plant is toxic to animals and humans. (I just found this out.) I don’t have any low windows where I could put it on the floor near a window. Any advice would be helpful thank you.

I will be traveling to the Kissimmee/Orlando area soon. Can someone recommend a great plant place to visit?

This my peace Lily I’ve had for almost 2 years now. I’ve repotted twice since then but not recently. I had a lot of lilies bloom earlier this year but haven’t been caring for it as much as I was previously. Any tips on the black/dead parts of the leaves? Do I trim them or pull the whole leaf off or leave them be?

I received this plant(s) a few weeks ago from a family member. I believe the tall one is a Lemon Lime Dracaena but unsure about the smaller dark green plant. Please let me know any tips, thank you for your help.

Good morning my Plant(a) People!!
🌱🪴 I have these two propagations. On the left is the one I bought yesterday at a plant festival in this vase and homemade macramé. The lady said it was a Pothos. Ok. The right picture is one my sister gave me from her Pothos. So, I scanned them both with Planta ID and I’m getting conflicting identifications. First, the app told me that the left was a golden pothos, then it told me it’s a Monstera Peru. The leaves on both props look pretty much the same except the left one only ones leaves have the holes. The right one does have one hole in one of the leaves but it’s brown around the hole edges leading me to think it’s not really supposed to be there. I’m just trying to correctly ID them. Thank you!!!

Good Morning Everyone! ☀️🪴 Can anyone tell that if a monstera leaves start to turn in on itself means it needs water. I stuck a little skewer stick in the soul and it comes out a little dark on the tip.
You see I’m super paranoid because my last monstera had root rot.

Does anyone use tropical plant miracle grow fertilizer?
Or is it best to stick with an organic fertilizer

Hi all!
I got these 2 Jade plants off marketplace for $10 the other day. I’ve never owned any of these guys before so any tips and tricks would be much appreciated!
They are currently potted in a decorative pot, which I usually like to plant in a nursery pot. Should I repot them or just leave them be? One seems to be in pretty good soil but the one with the red tinge to the leaves has rock solid soil and quite damp. They are living outside, undercover but it is winter here at the moment, are they pretty cold tolerant or should I bring them in? (Temps ranging from 5 degrees to -5 degrees C at night)
Thank you!

Does anyone have advice on what to do with the browning at the bottom of my birds of paradise? I’m not sure what is causing it. It’s on the bottom of all 3 stems

I believe this is an anthurium pheasant’s tail. I found it for 1/2 off at a nursery. It’s been in quarantine for the last week since bringing it home. Tomorrow is watering day and I’m not sure if you can tell in this photo, but the roots aren’t all the way in the soil. So I’m wondering if I should just repot tomorrow instead? Thoughts?

Hey! Does anyone know what kind of Philodendron this is? I’ve tried doing some research, but end up with mixed answers. Thanks!

Zz plant. I know this isn’t a great photo but just wanted to share. I had this in its 4 inch nursery pot for almost a year maybe with very little growth. Then I repotted it to bigger like at least six inch pot. Then I watched some videos and started to worry cause I heard they like to be snug. Then I saw people here posting how much theirs is growing and I really worried. I put it in a space with more light and didn’t water it. And guess what? Now it’s growing 4 new sprouts!!
