🚨 HELP 🚨 I found these little doodads on my English Ivy, I’m wondering if they’re aerial roots as it is a climbing plant - any thoughts ??

Hi all! I have a 26 year old Jade plant that I got from my grandma. She needs to be repotted! Looking for recommendations on best soil to use. Specific brands would be great. I’ve read that a cactus mix is ideal, there are just so many and I want to do best by her☺️ thanks in advance!

Heyy so this Areca palm is atleast 4/5 years old by now she was my mums but I’ve taken her in, she’s got a whole lot better since and has new shoots and leaves as shown, however, there’s this one leaf which is just getting browner and crispier, I’m not sure wether to cut her off so the little ones can grow better or to leave her, please help thanks 🫶🏼 (Also she’s the only leaf coming from the bottom)
Philodendron Tortum - just added to my collection. I’d been keeping my eye on these at the local nursery. The ones they had were sad sad sad. Yesterday I went to see if they had any Alocasia Jacklyns and found this beauty too!
Trying to help this marble queen pothos from work. Can I cut it and put back in soil or does it have to be propagated in water? Thanks!
Look at her! I have no clue how this happened, but it is still interesting and beautiful! I’m still in awe on how this could have happened!
Can I get a Cliffnotes version for fertilizer? It’s my first time to fertilize. I was over zealous when I decided to be a plant person, so I have a lot of plants now- all different kind. I’d like to know if there is really a general fertilizer? Do I really need to know if they are tropical or not? Some of my “outside” plants are thriving inside. Are they now inside plants? My son has a vegetable garden. Can we share fertilizer? Lastly, do I fertilize in the tank of my bromeliads or do I put it in the soil?
So my peace Lilly had root rot so I decided to transfer it to water. I have only done this successfully once so tips would be appreciated. I tried not to cover the plant in water so I just covered the rhizomes. But please give me tips to keep this going.
She’s been so happy lately and now all of a sudden i have leaves turning black! Help!😭😭 i just repotted about a week ago so afraid to do it again to check the roots and make her more unhappy
In love with my little mushroom friends for my plants 🤍
Both of these plants, string of turtles, live in the same room and both live under a grow light. Can anyone tell me why one plant’s leaves are ‘normal’ and one has the plumpest little leaves I’ve ever seen?? 💚 The plump one I grew from a cutting and the other one I bought as a full plant, in case that matters. 🤷🏻♀️ Just curious. They’re BOTH my favorite.
Hi! I’m hoping to help my bestfriend out with her grandpa plant. This is an Umbrella Tree she recently got from a family member & she has it indoors, about 6 feet from the window. It has indirect sunlight from the window. She has tried pruning the dead limbs but more keep weeping & falling off. This is a special plant to her so i’m trying to see if I can help get her any advice on saving her babe!
Help! I’m found red spots on my cebu blue and I have no idea what it is? I think maybe I moved it too close to the humidifier? No pests anywhere that I can see and when I say I looked I can assure you I got out the mega magnifier with the high powered led light and checked all over!
How dry is my soil supposed to be when I water generally? Like it’s always just a bit moist and cold. Is that just or does it have to be dry like a drought
