Anyone else think that Planta should come out with merch? đ

Has anyone converted an ikea/curio cabinet into a greenhouse before?! Any tips/tricks? I found these on facebook marketplace today and am SO excited to see what I can turn them into!

My Marantaâs (Red Prayer Plant) leaves have been drooping more each day since I brought it home. Iâve watered it twice in the past week (enough for the soul to be moist but not wet) and placed a humidifier by the pot for last 2 day. Has this happened to anyone else?

This donkey tail is looking a little anemic. I repotted and added 1/3 orchid mix and 2/3 cactus/succulent soil. Should I also water more often?

I donât know whatâs happening to my pinus sylvestris (scotch pine), even though Planta doesnât have this plant, (I wish they could add it.) Iâm watering it regularly but itâs pine needles keep turing brown and falling off. If anyone knows whatâs going on or what the cure is, please tell me.

Just a little plant apprecaition post. My collection is slowly taking over my space. Monty the Monstera has been growing like crazy in his new pot. Dino the Donkey Tail is in his new home, heâs a tiny little guy. đ„°

I think I know the issue here but would love extra insight!
I got this orchid one month ago, and I bought the right soil and a miracle gro orchid food mist spray to supplement watering once a week. The first time i sprayed it, I read the instructions wrong and accidentally sprayed all the orchid petals, when it actually said to NOT do this.
Obviously the left side has totally wilted and died, and the stem is now yellow.
Is it the result of my accidental spraying? I water about once a week and leave it to completely dry out, and it gets partial sunlight in this window. And do you recommend I remove the left stem entirely or cut it back? This is my first orchid.
Thank you!!

My birken has put out whiter and whiter leaves every time and now this one looks different. I was told by a friend it is converting back to being a red Congo! Have you heard of this?

Looking to buy lights for my plants but do not know where to start⊠any suggestions?
Can someone help me properly identify this plant? Friend gave it to me in an underwatered state, so the thin leaves are making it difficult for planta to identify what it is. I could turn the pot a few degrees and the AI thinks itâs a completely different species.
Iâm super worried, I want to make sure this is cat safe (it sits on the window where he hangs out) and I want to have the right care schedule for it.
Iâm guessing (or hoping really) itâs a gasteraloe. Should I wait after a few waterings to identify?

My Ivy used to be full and lush on top and it has lost all its leaves there. The arms seem ok but everything on top yellowed or browned or didnât change colors and just fell off. How can I rehabilitate this poor baby? I would love for her to be bushy on top again!

Haaaalp! I took this formerly sad Ponytail Palm from my momâs house to rehabilitate it. She said sheâd had it for 25 years, and the poor thing likely hadnât been repotted in equally long and looked sad and wilted. I gave it a bigger pot and fresh soil, and within a few weeks there has been some new growth in the top. I was so excited for her to start filling out again and put her in the car today to take her back to my momâs house. I was driving so carefully but hit one turn a little too hard, and she toppled over and the head snapped off right above the brown part. Literally it looks as if the trunk was decapitated!!
Is there ANY chance of saving this plant?? Will the trunk be able to grow new leaves if I continue to care for it. I places the entire top in water immediately, but I canât imagine that it will just grow roots from the head. Iâm so sad and MORTIFIED to tell my mother.
Any guidance or expertise appreciated!!!
