Polka dot plant growing sideways?
I just got this polka dot plant today, and noticed it is growing sideways. I didnât think much of it in the store, but looking online, it doesnât seem like they grow sideways. Is this a normal or bad? If it is bad for the plant, any tips?
Thank you đ

Hi! Iâm a beginner, this is my first plant. A lady told me this was a good beginner plant, so I got it. Iâve heard peace lilies are low maintenance, but just in case thereâs something else I should know please let me know. My mother has MANY plants she takes care of, she said I should water it every ten days, keep it in good lighting and thatâs it. Again, any tips are greatly appreciated! :)

some people dislike rainstorms but i love them. theyâre soothing and beautiful first but itâs also an opportunity for your high maintenance plants to get some of the Good Water... please donât mind the orbifoliaâs crispy leaves, the grocery store i got her from unfortunately watered her with the tap.

Check out this new plant I got today! Itâs super cool. Itâs called a star cactus or âHaworthia retusaâ
I have some rice water, and I've heard it's good for plants. What plants enjoy it the most?

Help!
Iâm not sure whatâs wrong with my pink princess, but her bottom leaves do not look well. Iâm assuming root rot, but I looked at her roots and they seem healthy. Still, I added more perlite to the soil for added drainage. Is it too late to save her?
What should I do?

I have a question about FERTILIZING. Normally I fertilize with every watering and it works out great and it seems really good for the plants. In order to save $$$, I have started to water everything thoroughly with just H2O and then left them drain, and THEN WATER WITH THE FERTILIZER MIX I USE. IN DOING THAT, IF THE PLANTS ARE WATERED FIRST, AND THEN FERTILIZED AFTER I WATER THEM, IS THAT KEEPING THEM FROM BEING FULLY FERTILIZED? I DO POUR FERTILIZER INTO THE PLANT UNTIL IT STARTS DRAINING OUT THE BOTTOM SO IT SEEMS TO BE PLENTY, BUT I STILL HAVE QUESTIONS DOING THAT.
Oops! I just realized that I was speaking in capitals so forgive the error. To make a long story short, can I water first and then fertilize after? Will my plants suffer because I am trying to save $$$?
TIA. đđđȘŽ

HELP!!! I came home to find part of my Anthurium laying sideways out of the pot and attached by only two roots. The first picture shows how I found her and the second picture shows how she is attached by only two roots. WHAT TO DO!!! Should I separate her from the mother plant and put her in water? Do I attempt to bury her in the dirt? I donât know what to do⊠Please give me some good ideas since I know very little about anthuriums. Any help will be sincerely appreciated. TIA. đđđȘŽ

I always see people name this plant as one who gives them a hard time & I can relate bc I killed my first one đ€Łđ€Ł
After that I decided to try again & put it in a terrariumâ now I hardly ever water it yet itâs thriving! Its grown to the top, so I chopped it & stuck it back in & it continued to grow đ±
The roots are crazzzyyyy which makes me wonder if Iâll have to repot it, but since itâs not dying Iâm not messing with it.

Do yall think sheâs ready for a bigger pot? I watered about a week ago and the soil is still kinda moist but not too moist. I know they prefer to dry out but itâs on the schedule for watering tomorrow. What yâall think?
