I’ve struggled finding the perfect care for my fiddle considering all my newer growth came out with edema. I’ve been letting it dry out a little more than usual & THIS IS MY FIRST NEW LEAF IN A WHILE WITHOUT ANY SPOTS! 🎉

What in the heck is this? My Peperomia albovittata ‘Piccolo Banda’ (Peacock) has been looking a little sad. I think it’s beginning too much direct light. And I am an overwater so I think I’ve overwatered it a bit. So I decided to take it out of its nursery soil and give it more drainage. And when I did I saw this thing. It looks like a ball or a net of dirt. It’s attached to the roots. It did fall off after I took this photo so hopefully that’s OK.

I don’t always have time in the morning for watering my plants. I try to water them when I first get up in the morning. Are there other times of the day that are good times to water them?

Two questions for y’all, I dropped something on my Zz and broke 3 branches, as you can see I cut them, should I cut it down to the dirt? And my second question is will these propagate like this? see 1st pic. 🤍🌱

Well, in just a few days, the Bismarckia just plain keeled over. It stayed alive just long enough for me to buy it a very expensive pot and waste a lot of soil. Oh, well. Easy come, easy go. I think for these somewhat more exotic plants, you gotta buy ‘em young and train ‘em up in the environment you got. So far the chambeyronia seems to be getting along just fine.

Need help with my sick money tree. I recently moved it to this location, this window gets in direct sunlight for most of the day, but it’s been about 3 feet from indirect sunlight,. watering it about every 1 1/2 weeks.

Does anyone else’s house get super dry in the winter? I didn’t realize how low it actually got till I got a hygrometer and was shooketh to see it as low as 24 one day. What do you do to help, I have a humidifier going is there anything else I can do?

I visited the Jagiellonian University Botanical Garden in Kraków, Poland this week and it was magical! The plants seemed unaware that it was snowing outside of the greenhouses :) there were some cacti that reached the ceiling (over 40ft tall)

Are my money trees roots healthy?

Does anyone have any suggestion for this? I repotted this plant over a week ago in an effort to get rid of the ridiculous amount of gnats it brought into my house (which worked great), but now it is yellowing and turning brown on the ends. I already had to pull several leaves off. Not sure where I went wrong. Thanks in advance!

i’m going to be going away for around 2 weeks maybe a bit longer and need tips on how to keep my plants happy? i’m bringing the ones that are picky.

how fast do spider plants grow in not much light?? and will it ever have babies if there isn’t much light?

has anyone ever tried neem oil and water mixed, to get rid of gnats? if so did it work? i have too many gnats and they’re just taking over!!
